Oceanfront Condo with Pool

Ocean Front condo completely renovated in April 2018 with new flooring, new furniture, new kitchen cabinets and new kitchen quartz counter, new stainless appliances, new washer and dryer, new wet bar, new lighting and new flat screen tv! It is beautiful!! We also have new box springs and mattress in the master suite. MBR has an additional flat screen. This unit also includes a bunk nook perfect for young children. Master suite has a whirlpool tub. Bathroom has been 'gutted' and redone with a ceramic tile shower which added more space. Shower has a handheld and a separate shower spray for added luxury. Sink and cabinet have been replaced and have been raised. Condo also has crown molding throughout. Two new hair dryers have been installed, one in the bathroom and one in the master BR. There is also a make up mirror installed in the BR. Unit has private wireless internet. Private Deck with new Bistro chairs and table (2018). Fully stocked kitchen. Must bring paper products. No Smoking. No pets.

Excellent location in Ocean Isle. Walkable to coffee & wine shop. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Excellent communication with owners throughout our stay. The unit is well stocked and very clean. Beautiful view of beach & pier from the balcony. Perfect for a couple.

The condo location was amazing- had issue with the jetted tub and washer- owner addresses and offered to have cleaning crew come. Honestly the best thing about it was the location left a day early to come home as the neighbors upstairs and to the side were so our didn’t sleep more than a couple the whole time we were there so sad. Was alarmed when we got there snd there was caution two on the building and stairs- but the location made all of this null and void- works stay again if the snorer wasn’t there

Great location on the beach, cute place
I stayed here with my Mom for a race in Ocean Isle. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and a great view. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. The home is very cute. The bunk beds I didn't really feel like they could be used. I tried to sleep in the bottom one so my Mom could sleep in the bed but the mattress is only a thin piece of foam. It would only be comfortable for a VERY small child. That was kind of disappointing. Not a big deal for me since I could sleep in the bed with my Mom. But if you are planning on using them, be warned they are cute but NOT comfortable. The home also had a musty odor. FYI you do have to carry your luggage up some stairs if you have mobility issues that won't work for you. Overall a great stay and I was happy with the home.

Upon arrival we were surprised at a few oddities. I communicated several times with the owner, which we felt was disruptive of our short vacation time. Things were eventually resolved. Good access to the beach.

Short getaway
This unit is part of a 3-story complex that is right on the beach. Very quiet, very relaxing, very comfortable and clean. Nice pool. Saw maybe 25 people total during our 3 night stay. Frances is friendly, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

Very clean & updated Condo stocked with everything we needed to include quality towels and linens. The bed and couch were super comfortable and the balcony was furnished just right to enjoy the oceanfront view. The owners personally ensured that our stay was perfect. We will definitely book again and so should you!

Ocean wedding weekend
Our friends were renewing their wedding vows and staying in a large home just down the street with a lot of people in it. My husband and I decided we wanted to have a little getaway ourselves. This condo was perfect for both of us! Condo was clean and cozy. We like to get up early and watch the sunrise every morning. the beach in front of the condo is beautiful and close to the pier. We had a wonderful weekend and we will be back. Thank you, Francis for being a wonderful host.

Wonderfully Relaxing Stay
This place is such a gem! Very easy to communicate with the owners who sent us such detailed directions ahead of time. The place is so amazingly furnished - very modern and comfortable. Being able to sit on the couch and see the ocean is just priceless! Everything was clean and there were lots of extras available (coffee, spices etc). I wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay again. And just a few steps to the beach! Can't be beat!

Why they chose this property

I purchased because I felt that beach property was a great investment. I particularly liked Ocean Cove because of its location - being central to the island. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, the museum, the pier, the fishing center and more.

What makes this property unique

The privacy of the deck which is rare on OIB, allows for us to sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean views and breeze without listening to conversations near by. The pool is large and the deck is awesome.
