Great location and renovations - had some issues
There are a lot of great things about this house. It has two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. It has two other private bedrooms and other sleeping areas. It has 3 full baths and a powder room. The inside renovations are beautiful - especially the new kitchen. The inside was very clean. There is a pool table in the basement. We did not try the jacuzzi. There is a fire pit outside. The grounds (lawn and gardens) are maintained beautifully.
However, it appeared that the outside deck area with table, chairs and grill had not been cleaned since last fall. We submitted multiple work orders for the outside cleaning, especially the grill which was never cleaned to our satisfaction. There were some issues with the inside - broken toilet paper holder in one bath, no A/C in one bedroom, basement was very cold - no apparent thermostat adjustment. The rental maintenance service repaired the toilet paper holder and brought fans for the room with no A/C. Unfortunately, the last evening of our stay, the water turned off due to a leak in one of the toilets. It was repaired within about 2 hours.
