About this property

Oceanfront - Very Comfortable - Windsor Court

We upgrade a few things every year. We have a full size kitchen and two full baths. Bikes, canoes, chairs on the beach are all available to be rented. The landscaping and area is managed daily.

The villa is in fantastic shape. All the one bedrooms at Windsor Court South have the same floor plan but we think ours is the most comfortable with tile floors and HD TV, new furniture and easy access if you choose not to use the elevator.

We really enjoyed this stay and room. We hope to be back. We have been going here for past 5 years and this was by far our favorite room. Check in with super simple. We love the ocean, playground, fire pit, bikes, jacuzzi tub in the room, and pool at Windsor court. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service. It’s aggravating not only this room but palmetto dunes in general supplies you with 2 washcloths for the entire stay. Only saying this for others to bring extra washcloths (I forgot again).

Perfect place to stay for my wife and I. We were there to golf and this provided a great location. The villa was clean. The bed comfortable. It was quiet and just a short walk to the beach.

Nice Condo in Windsor Court South
My husband and I stayed in this condo at the end of March. Condo has everything you need: keurig, regular coffee pot, pots/pans, etc. We saw 6 deer one evening, pretty cool. Communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the near future.

Wonderful location
Beautifully decorated and very spacious condo in Palmetto Dunes which is a great location. Quiet and peaceful with a ocean view overlooking a nicely landscaped area. Close to the steps and elevator which makes a visit to the beach a breeze. I hope to get to visit again.

Wonderful vacation

Wonderful stay!
Travelled for work and stayed for one week. Place was very clean with nice master bath with stand alone tub. 2 min walk to pool, 3-4 min walk to the beach. Beach access was relatively private and uncrowded which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend !

Great location...perfect for a couple!
Husband and I had a wonderful week! Condo kitchen has an adequate supply of pots and utensils for cooking for two. The unit supplies a coffee pot. a Keurig, a toaster, a blender and a crockpot. It is an easy walk to the beach and you'll love seeing the deer that visit in the morning and afternoon!

We love HHI and love staying in Palmetto Dunes!!! This condo was perfect for us….perfect size, perfect amenities and lovely location. There are a couple small tweaks that could be done…the lighting is subpar as we like to be well lit when we are inside. Overall loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay. While we didn't grant a 5-Star Review, the owners have made the premises presentable and clean. This 1 BR/2 Bath Condo is well designed and the windows look directly over the green lawn and foilage to the beauty of the ocean. We'd come back here...

Great trip!
My husband and I stayed here for a few days before Easter weekend. The unit was not cleaned when we got there at our scheduled check in time, though this wasn’t the fault of the owner. We immediately contacted him, and he got back to us immediately, promptly addressed the situation with the cleaning crew and made it right with us. It was about a 2h delay to get settled, but we just relaxed on the beach while we waited. The rest of the trip was issue-free, and we had a wonderful, relaxing getaway. The view from the unit is gorgeous, and it’s a very short/easy trek to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was nice! Property was nice! Everything was great! Only thing I would have changed would be to add some curtains to the bedroom. Neighboring lights shines through the blinds… regardless if the blinds are shut downwards or upwards. Great place! Loved that they had a chess game!

Condo was furnished beautifully...kitchen was well stocked...accommodations inside were fabulous. Nothing to do with condo owners, but bathroom wasn't cleaned...toilet was used before we arrived...we went a bought cleaning supplies to remedy the nice bathrooms.

Beautiful HHI rental
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It has 2 full baths. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were nice. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are 2 sets of sliding doors that lead out onto a large balcony with a nice view of the grounds and the ocean. We could see deer from our balcony at night. The kitchen is well equipped. The pools were clean and the grilling area a big plus. Beach access was a simple walk over the dune. We loved everything about this rental and can't wait to come back.

We live in Atlanta and love the fact that travel is all four lane highways to the island. The island has a very high percentage of second homes so this leaves the best restaurants with short waits 9 months of the year.

Why they chose this property

Hilton Head Island is more family oriented than cities we looked at in Florida. The island also has a fall and spring season that are very comfortable with very little humidity.

What makes this property unique

We bring our own kayaks, golf clubs, and bikes and stay on the beach as much as possible. The beach is long enough to ride for miles! Bike trails traverse through the all the communities if you want to ride under the old oak trees.
