We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The views from sitting on the front porch were gorgeous and the perfect way to end each day. The creek on the property was the perfect place for the kids to play. The house was clean, spacious, and supplied with everything we needed.
Our family of 6 enjoyed a weeks stay here. The house was roomy and well laid out. Internet was awesome, actual phone service (ATT) was only available outside. The home was well stocked and in a great location. Far enough off the beaten path to be super quiet and remote feeling. Watched deer and turkey the whole week. Location was close to all the majors...Crescent City, Crater Lake, Klamath Falls, etc. Hosts were quick to respond and always glad to help. I would stay here again if visiting the area.
The house is set back off the road in the beautiful Oregon countryside. Check in was easy, communications were great, the house was clean and had everything we needed. It was very private and quiet. We saw lots of wildlife while sitting on the porch (wild turkeys, deer, rabbits, quail, marmosets?). It is centrally located if you want to see a variety of things. We went to Crater Lake, Jedidiah Smith State Park, Trees of Mystery, charter fishing out of Crescent City, and enjoyed a nearby water access at the Rogue River. Downtown Grants Pass was nice to walk around too. Cell service wasn't great (Verizon better than AT&T) but was was good enough for work to call while I was on vacation. The Wifi was great and served the entire group very well. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
We had a great time staying at Brittany’s place. There were 7 of us. The house had a new feel to it and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The covered bridge and the creek in front of the house was a great source of hours of fun and exploration for the two teen kids. We were visited by a number of deer and turkeys. The night sky was awesome!
Thank you Brittany for sharing your home with us.
I rented this place for my foster care client residents while our house was being repaired
This was the only place with enough bedrooms to accommodate our group. I was desperate for a place right away because our house had some major water damage. Everything was fine but I would expect a vacation home of this caliber to have a TV in every room, cable or satellite and a designated smoking area. There should also be at least one Dvd player. Cell signal was a major problem because we need our phones. I realize this is intended for vacationers and we were not on vacation. The house, grounds and area are beautiful. The creek and covered bridge were a complete surprise and a delight. Limpy creek has always been a favorite place to get out of town, into nature for a hike or mountain drive.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Inaccurate listing
The listing indicated there was cell service, Wi-Fi, and TV.
With several different phones and cell providers, no one in our group got cell service. The WiFi was slow. We were never able to get the tv to function, despite 5 different people trying.
We needed to be connected during our stay. While sitting on the porch, the view was lovely. However, the lack of advertised connectivity was problematic. Had we known there was such limited service we would have stayed elsewhere.
Also, none of the rooms had bedside lamps. You had to use the overhead lights or nothing.
Very peaceful place in the country. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife and unplugging from life. The home is beautiful inside and out. We loved the large kitchen and counter island as we were all able to sit around and socialize while cooking awesome meals! There were 6 of us! The beds were also super comfy. Would definitely come back!
