Newly Remodeled Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath single story cul-de-sac home 7 Minutes from the Lake ready for you to relax and make great memories. As you arrive you will notice the large RV/Boat parking on the side of the home. The home is close to the market and Downtown Havasu area with great restaurants. While you are staying you can enjoy fun games such as Large Connect 4, Large Jenga, and Ring Toss. There is an indoor laundry room with an ice maker. The rear yard has a BBQ and covered patio.
