Bad Smell

There was a bad smell, like urine, so my group refused to stay in it. Owner said they didn’t smell it and had strict no refund policy so we lost all of our money. Owner offered nothing. There were plug ins but they couldn’t hide the odor. The floor was giving way as well in front of TV. Bummer because we really wanted to stay on a boat in Key Largo. Urine smell may be for some but not us.

A quaint stay

We wanted something different for our stay in Key Largo and this property was excellent. It's a bit small, but well laid out and all the comforts of home are here. The boat is moored near a restaurant that had good live music one night. The owner was readily available via text and answered all of our questions.

Not as nice as pictured and location intimated a pool, while none was available.
