Beachy decor makes for a fun retreat after visiting the Gulf all day, and you can set the swimsuits to go in the private washer/dryer right when you step in. A partial view of the beach will keep you in a vacation mood. The condo's full kitchen (set up with a modern subway tile backsplash and a breakfast bar that serves two guests) provides the full-size appliances and tools you need to create delicious meals. Of course, you're always free to take dinner down to the shared gas grill for an extra sear. Each bedroom in this condo features an en suite bathroom, so you can get ready or wind down at your own pace. Wherever you decide to sleep, all guests of this condo can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool during their stay. Fun vacations come easy at Miramar Beach.

Perfect location! The pool water was too warm to use the pool. Otherwise, the community is perfect! The only recommendation for the condo is to have a vacuum or at least a dust pan for the broom.

We loved the location, it was clean, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! We would definitely stay here again. Cute, quiet, perfect for a short beach getaway. Directly across the street from the beach

We had the most perfect weather! We had a partial view of the ocean and it was just literally a hop skip and a jump across the street from the beach. The property was clean, flowers were blooming, and the pool was in excellent condition. We walked to Alvins Island, Dollar General and Kenny D’s, which is one of our favorite restaurants. The condo is the prime location for relaxing and if you want shopping and nice or casual restaurants. All good things !

Awesome stay, terrible service
I am rating this a 3 because the condo and location was great. However, our WiFi and cable didn’t work all week. I reached out to them, and they took forever to respond and provide a solution. I asked for a refund because of it and they still haven’t gotten back to me about that. I am hoping they give me one because it was an inconvenience for my family while on vacation. Not a fan of vacasa.

The property was convenient. It also had easy access to the beach. The condo looks nice and has been renovated. The major problem we had was the dryer did not work. After speaking with the property manager at Vacasa, they were not able to get a technician while we were there. We stayed 6 nights and did not have a dryer. Vacasa gave us 1 option and that was to use a local dry cleaning full service laundry. However they were not able to do our laundry in the time that we stayed. So we had to use half of a vacation day at the laundry mat. I was very disappointed that Vacasa did not call to check and see if their 1 option worked. One feature I look for when I go on vacation is a washing machine and dryer. It was a very hard vacation at the beach with limited clean towels and clothes.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The unit itself suited our needs. There were a few issues we encountered. For one, the management company was not very responsive to requests for assistance regarding parking. Additionally, the A/C in the unit was hit or miss. Some rooms were ice cold while others were steamy. Some equipment (e.g., the ice maker) did not work. Overall the location can't be beat. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn't necessarily seek this particular unit out again.
