Superior mattresses and bedding for a great night sleep after a long day on the mountain The condo is ski in/ ski out with elevators to the slopes and 2 private ski lockers on the main level. The building also has a private workout facility. The ski rental department is in the same building and ski school meets directly outside. Walk to anywhere in the village or enjoy the unbelievable views of the lake and mountains. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.

This was our second stay and it was great! Easy in and out. Great location right in the village. Ski rental is in the building. Ski in and out. Easy, convenient, and fantastic!
This condo was perfect for our annual ski trip to Snowshoe. Plenty of room and right in the village. Our unit was just as it was listed and we will look for it next year.
Snowshoe skiing was phenomenal. The condo was well appointed, near the slopes and facilities. The Newcombs are great hosts and very proactive in communicating. Thanks for a wonderful father-son get away trip!
It was our second time staying here and we will continue to come back. Simply can’t beat the location, looking down on the ski school drop off/pick up area. Efficient condo has everything you need even for a full week’s stay. Can’t beat that ski lockers are included. Note, laundry is in the building, not in the condo, and you have to have quarters to use it. Overall excellent condo set-up in a can’t-beat location. Host very friendly, communicative, professional.
Great location in the corner of the building at the end of the hall. Quiet and large. The second room and bathroom made life very easy for my group. Will rent again. Clean and accurate listing. Communication was immediate and reliable.
Can’t say enough about this host and the unit. Perfect size for our family of 4. It’s not huge, but the space is well utilized. We loved the full kitchen with plenty of useful dishes and cooking utensils. The ski lockers that were included made it so easy. Go down to the lockers, suit up, step out the door and you’re skiing! This is a very responsive host, clearly committed to a great guest experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
First time staying in the village and this exceeded our expectations. Super convenient to all restaurants, childcare, lift. Nicely decorated, with personal touches. Comfortable beds and furniture. Everything we needed. Would 100% stay here again.

I would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone. As soon as you open the door you are blown away from the colors on the walls to what they offer to you in this unit. Beds were very comfy and the unit was beyond clean. I’ve stayed and multiple properties on the mountain and this one has set a new standard to me that I know won’t be beaten.

The unit was very clean and the location was amazing! This was our first time in Snowshoe and it did not disappoint! Kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. The only thing we'd change would be the pillows as they were very firm but next time we'd just bring our own so easy fix!

We really liked the location of 300 expedition. We came for the UCI mountain bike race and we could watch some of the cross country track from our room!! We had easy access to many places to eat and shop. We would come back and stay here for skiing/mountain access. Size of the space was good for a family of 4. The pull out couch mattress was ok for a light-weight child but an adult would likely object. Towels and linens were sufficient. A little noisy being near the ice machine (across the hall) but we were happy to be at the end of the hall. Communication with the owners before our stay was easy and they were a accommodating with a few requests we made beforehand.
Excellent stay! Great condo in Expedition with thoughtful touches. Fully stocked kitchen - even including a full array of spices. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the on-slope views so much - watched ski lifts and ski conditions during the day and snow cats at night. This condo really, really shines for families doing ski school. We could walk our kids down to the ski school, literally underneath us, and then watch them get started and ski off from the window while we finished our coffee! The ski locker room is perfect, and lockers being included is a bonus (over mountain lodge, where you pay extra per day).
We had a couple of small issues that were the responsibility of the building management, not the condo owner, but still, he helped get them addressed promptly. Very responsive and friendly communication from him when needed, which made up for the slight annoyance of having to deal with the glitches themselves.
In terms of expedition as a building, it’s an efficiency situation (and so efficient in terms of location). No front desk in building so you do need a quickly responsive property manager to field any issues or questions - and this owner was great. No hot tub is a bummer but the lower price point reflects this. There is a fitness room that is marginal - two working treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bicycle but no free weights or even mats to use for strength/stretching.
Condo was most excellent though & we would rent again!
We enjoyed our stay here. Great to ski in/ski out, and just easily walk through the village or to the kid’s zone to drop off the kids. The weather wasn’t great, but we still had a good time.
