Ideally located, in a sublime building in the heart of the Marais district, 12 minutes from L'HOTEL DE VILLE, and a few steps from the famous Place des Vosges. This trendy area is very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets, which give access to many of the capital's trendiest bars, restaurants and fashion boutiques. My accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

- Air-conditioned living room with sofas and coffee table
- 1 dining area with table and chairs for convivial meals
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer)
- 2 bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and desk
- 1 air-conditioned master bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and desk
- 2 bathrooms with double washbasins, walk-in shower and toilet
- 1 individual toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest. Cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning lady.
