Terrace + common garden + garage. Champagny/Paradiski ski at 300 m, Courchevel/3 valleys 14km. Cross-country skiing 5km (free shuttle on-site winter). Swimming pool 600 m. Plan of water 5km. Country style house at 300 m (wide area Paradiski) tracks in the heart of the resort village. Exposed southern slope. Good comfort. Wide terrace. Large and pleasant common garden carefully landscaped and flowered. Superb panoramic views of the massif. All amenities on site.
