Our newly renovated condo #310, is on the top floor. Enjoy the 3rd floor with NO noise above you, directly over beautiful Wailua beach. "Fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves" The condo is located on the quieter end of the building, away from Main Street. From your private lanai you won’t hear the road, only the waves and you can not beat the view!
Wailua Bay View is centrally located on the East coast of Kauaʻi. Ideal, whether you are staying in Kappa area or enjoying actiities on the North or South side. Lihue airport is a short 10 minute drive. The bike and walking path, stretches from Kealia Beach to Lydgate Park, more than 8 miles in length. It is only a short walk to Papaloa beach, a protected cove for babies and young children. Lydgate Park is a10 minute walk or less than a 5 minute drive. In addition Golf courses, beaches, hiking, kayaking, restaurants are all just a few minutes away. You can walk to Coconut Marketplace and explore Japanese, Korean, Chinese, & American cuisine.

This condo is all about the view, location and comfort of a staying in fully renovated modern condo with all the conveniences of home.

For your convenience, we provide coffee/sugar for first couple mornings. We also supply tea, olive oil, spices, salt/ pepper/ sugar, baggies, cling wrap, foil, toothpicks, paper plates, filtered water in the frig, ice packs for use with one of the ice chest provided & reusable bags for grocery shopping. All soaps; liquid bath, liquid hand, dish, dish washer & laundry soap will be provided.
For outside fun, we offer Binoculars, Beach Towels, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs/ large rain umbrella/fins / masks / snorkels/noodles, pool floats, Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, ice chests , 2 boogie boards & 2 sets of hiking poles.

Great place to stay on Kauai
The room has a fantastic view and listening to the surf is very relaxing. No need to go to a fancy restaurant for a view with dinner. Just have dinner on the balcony. In addition to the view from the living room, you have been very nicely updated with a great kitchen, comfortable king sized bed and well-done bathroom. The pool was a nice place to relax after hiking or spending the day at the beach. My wife and I drove all over Kauai from this central location.

Fabulous ocean view from outside porch
We loved the view from the porch and ate breakfast and dinner out there. This place is in a great location to access the entire island. Well stocked apartment. Would definitely stay here again

Overall a very nice unit and we were happy with the accommodations, the living room furniture looks fine but not real comfortable after a busy day hiking/snorkeling. The bad: bathroom fan does not work, plus hot air from the attic keeps pouring into the bathroom. Like being in a sauna.

We had a wonderful vacation!
The property was a little hard for us to find, but I called the owners and Edigio and Cheryl came to our rescue. Edigio even met us and helped us carry our luggage upstairs! The condominium was beautifully decorated and was filled with everything we needed! The view from the balcony was beautiful and we had most of our meals there. The building has a lovely swimming pool, and my husband and I had many walks along the beach. We loved watching the surfers and kite surfers. There were many very good restaurants in walking and driving distance. Thanks to Cheryl and Edigio, we had a wonderful stay. Actually, we were sad to leave! Mahalo Jan & Peter 🌿🌿😊😀🌈

Amazing location and fantastic hosts
We loved this property and all the extra little amenities they provided. They had hiking poles, a small cooler, and beach chairs (amongst other things!). We also had a last minute change of plans that the hosts were extremely understanding about and were lovely to work with. 11/10 recommend this place and the wonderful owners.

Great property, could be excellent...
Good central location but it does sit near a busy main road. Good view but with a partial view of same road. The property is very nice and clean inside and completely remodeled. Except for the living area furniture. Puzzling to have such and nice place and terribly ugly and uncomfortable wicker furniture. We didnt use it once. Get a new couch and this place would be excellent.

Oceanfront in Kauai
Wonderful property! Good location. The hosts have provided everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything you need for the beach is there-chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, snorkeling gear-even water shoes! And the equipment is good quality. There are also hiking poles which came in very handy since it was a rainy week and the trails were slippery. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved enjoying our coffee listening to the crashing waves every morning on the lanai. Pool was spectacular break after a day of travelling around the island and doing activities. It’s a great location. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Views
The pictures in the listing are exactly as you will find the place. Its updated and clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The area is quiet but yet close to restaurants and shopping. The complex grounds are very well kept and the pool is nice and pretty. We were very pleased with this property and would definitely go back if we are ever on the island again. Two weeks in Kauai
The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, the views are amazing and the location is perfect for heading to any adventure on the island. The only slight downside was the noise from the waves crashing and occasionally traffic from the road side of the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Oceanfront Stay
We had a Great Stay at this location and it was the perfect home base for our trip to Kauai. Everything is as advertised and the balcony view and sound of the surf was amazing. The accommodations and rooms were updated and kitchen was very convenient for bringing in your own groceries. A/C was Great and kept it cool. Highly recommend.

Condo in beautiful Kauai!
Comfortable, cozy, clean, and updated condo. The air conditioner in the bedroom kept the room super cold at night. Turned it off while we were gone during the day. View from balcony was amazing! The sound of the waves was so loud, but easy to fix that by closing the balcony doors. The kitchen had all the comforts of home available, although we only used it to make coffee. The only thing I would say to be careful about was the homeless population around the area (but probably the same no matter where you are on the island) although no problems on the actual condo property. Overall, it was a great condo and the owners were quick to respond when needed! Would stay again.

What an incredible place and location! Having stayed at numerous VRBO properties over the years, we've encountered some with minimal "little" amenities like coffee, salt, and pepper. However, this place goes above and beyond, providing all those thoughtful touches that truly make your stay feel like home. Additionally, the inclusion of significant items such as beach chairs, towels, hiking poles, and more adds to the overall convenience. The highlight, undoubtedly, is the breathtaking view. The soothing sound of the waves and the unparalleled sunrise create an unforgettable atmosphere. The location couldn't be more perfect—just the right distance from the airport, with nearby shops and food options, yet peacefully situated away from the bustling part of town. My wife and I were married in Kauai over 21 years ago. We have been coming to Kauai for many years and just love it here! We both lived in California most of our lives. Though we have traveled every year on vacations to various places, when my wife retired a few years ago, that's when our adventure really began. We relocated to Costa Rica and lived there for 2 1/2 years. When the virus worsened in Costa Rica, my wife's son (who lives in Kauai) urged us to come to Kauai....which we did! We have been living here for 4 years now and just love everything about it. Next we plan to go to Portugal for a few months (or more) and enjoy the wonderful food and amazing people (did I just toot my horn since I'm Portuguese)? We are happy to now have a place to come back to in Kauai.

Why they chose this property

We had the unique opportunity of staying at Wailua Bay view for a year during covid. Vacation rentals came to a halt. We LOVE this place! It is centrally located, in the middle of the North side and South side. We could walk to dinner, Coconut Market or to Lydgate Park. We often rode bikes on the nearby 8 mile path. Easy short drive to Poipu, Lihue or Kapaa.

What makes this property unique

The view is SPECTACULAR! The balcony is private, looking strait out to the beautiful ocean. You cant see anyone on their balcony and they cant see you. That was the selling point for us; the private balcony, the sound of the crashing waves and that view. We've never experienced anything like it.
