Very clean. She was quick to respond and it was exactly what we needed. Super close to campus as well!

Trip with friends
So glad we booked this place! It was in a great location that was minutes away from everything we decided to do. The outside looks dirty with cigarette butts all over but the inside of the apartment was beautiful and cozy!
Short drive to Red Hat amphitheater but address is inaccurate & could be an issue at night. Happened to arrive early & owner was very responsive. This was mentioned by another renter and needs to be fixed.

Affordable digs; you get what you pay for
We booked this condo because of the high rates and fees associated with our other choices. This one was cheaper, so we weren't expecting luxury. But we were disappointed in some basic aspects of the place. Bathrooms and sheets were clean, but there were debris, wrappers, and crumbs beneath the sofa. The placemats around the table did not appear to be clean (more crumbs). One of the kitchen cabinet doors was falling off its hinges. When I tried to use the loveseat in the bedroom, it collapsed with a previously broken leg. The address in the listing was incorrect (although the owner was very responsive when I called late because the address had directed us to an office building). Although the condo boasts a smart TV, there was no way to sign into a personal account on it. Altogether, we saved money on the stay, but probably won't return.

Meh
Overall, the experience was average to below average. Though I knew we’d be in an apartment/condo like setting, the walls were fairly thin and I could hear the neighbors upstairs from time to time. I’m sure they heard us as well. The constant smell of marijuana made me wonder if the neighbors were smoking or if that was part of the ‘Bohemian’ experience, lol. Not the best apartment complex of Raleigh, but I wasn’t in fear of my life as my dad was. Entry area of the apartment with the neighbors looked trashy. Neighbor was fairly responsive, and seemed to be very strict on the time checking in and out as if they’re running a bunch of properties, which made us feel like another number. Oh well, we will not be coming back to this place unfortunately.
The apartment is beautiful! Wonderfully decorated, very clean and the owner was very very nice! Check in was easy the wrong address was listed though, the only thing I would say is to bring blanket it gets a bit cold and the neighbors were a bit loud but both of those are out of her control I just recommend checking the weather prior to travel! Lovely place, highly recommended!
Trouble getting ahold of property owner to get the code. Mostly because going thru VRBO website.
The property was nice. My sister had trouble sleeping because of late partying by neighbors out by her car. Once I got the property owner's cell phone number to text questions, it went smoother.
Me and my boyfriend stayed for Valentine’s Day for 2 nights and there was absolutely nothing wrong. I always bring my own towels and rags but she had many of those there as well. I’ve been busy since I’ve been back
So I’m just now leaving a review but great stay.
Awesome stay. My first impression was how immaculate clean, beautiful decor and I felt like I was home. Very comfortable!

Communication was good but the property was as basic as it gets. In fact, there was only 2 thin towels per person for 4 days! Ended up buying towels at Target to get through as Owner refused to bring more. There were very few basics in the way of furniture and items on the kitchen. No extras at all. The master bedroom bed was very good but the other bedroom had a leaking window that froze out my partner. All in all a very below average experience. Will not stay here again.
