Beautiful villa in modern design with wonderful views of the sea and the bay of Sa Riera. The modern atmosphere invites you to feel free from everyday life and to relax. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the historical town of Begur. The interior is very bright and modern.
On the lower floor, near the pool, there is a separate sleeping area with a king size bed, separate bathroom and air-conditioning. The pool has a dimension of 9 x 3m.
The main floor has a spacious living-dining area with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed (one of the bedrooms with air conditioning) and a shared bathroom.
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. Furthermore, this living level has a separate terrace and a fully equipped fitness room. Bedroom and fitness room are equipped with air conditioning.
The living-dining area, the entire upper floor and the poolhouse apartment are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The two bedrooms on the main floor only have heating, but only one of the two rooms with air conditioning.

Amazing Property

The property was just as described! Even better than our expectations. Clean, spacious, convenient to the entire Costa Brava region. We would stay here again as the owner and property manager were timely in answering questions so that our stay was comfortable. Absolutely recommend this property!

Wonderful!

Very nice house that provided everything we needed. Location was superb - close enough to the beach (if you are up for the walk) and to Begur. Furthermore, really great views from all rooms in the house. Communication was always very efficient and friendly, can only praise the hosts and local administration. Overall a great experience! We had a wonderful time and can only give full recommendation.

Great accomodation!

The house was very clean upon arrival, quick check-in process and very friendly personnel. Clean sheets and towels are provided, as well as an entire set of kitchen equipment. The garden and pool area is taken care of and the fence and vegetation provide a private environment. The house is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood with a view over parts of the village and the Mediterranean sea.

Fantastisch

Werkelijk een heerlijk huis en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. We hebben erg genoten op het heerlijke terras uitkijkend op Sa Riera. Zwembad ook erg fijn en goed uitgerust. De bedden zijn zeer goed. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Beautiful home in Begur!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in Begur and this home! The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area is wonderful as well. Communication with the owner and the property manager was very good. The house is situated on a hill and there are quite a few stairs to get to the house so it may be difficult for elderly people with their luggage. We are in our 50's and we managed but it may be hard for some. Other than that, we would highly recommend this property for your stay. Thank you for your sharing your beautiful home with us! We had a fabulous time!!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Das Haus ist so wie auf den Fotos - sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist bei Fragen sofort da und hilft weiter. Zum Strand muss man gut zu Fuß sein und auch sonst ist ein Auto unerlässlich.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit heerlijke huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Echt het enige minpuntje was dat de zon eind oktober niet meer lang op het terras schijnt in de middag. Een absolute aanrader!

La casa está muy bien, con todo tipo de comodidades para sentirse como en casa. Maite encantadora y siempre dispuesta a solucionar cualquier pequeña incidencia que haya. Las vistas muy bonitas y la casa tiene mucha privacidad aunque tenga otras villas al lado .

False property description, terrible communication, uncaring owner but great location and view

It’s hard to summarise this property as it really was a holiday of two halves. On one side the property is in a great location with beaches and attractions within an easy short drive. The views are breathtaking. However, there were some unforgivable problems that we encountered. On arrival we were shown around, there is no property guide so if you do go to this house make sure you note down any questions you may have as there’s nothing to guide you whilst you are there. The pool house was sold as a separate entity with its own access and kitchen. When we entered there was no kitchen! We asked where it had gone and were told that it was removed 8 months ago but on Homeaway there is still a photo of the kitchen and it’s in the description. We had chosen this property because we were travelling as two families and so would not have booked the villa if we’d have known. When I contacted the owner she said - no one else has had a problem with it. We were then shown the main house which had a kitchen (thank goodness!!) and nicely laid out sitting area. We were shown the bedrooms and told where to get a fan from if we were too hot. I asked where the air conditioning was as the property online said ‘air conditioning in all rooms’ - the lady said no, it’s only on the communal space and master room. The two bedrooms without air conditioning got so hot during our stay and were so uncomfortable. Once again , with two young children, we specifically were only wanting to book a property that had air con in all rooms to cool it down enough for the children to sleep well. Then the final straw was when we discovered the front door (a sliding one) didn’t lock. I rang the owner, left a voicemail and sent her an email to which I had a reply saying that it’s a known problem with the door and one they can do nothing about until after the main season as the whole door needs replacing so they were waiting until no tourists were there. I couldn’t believe it - we were unable to lock our property at all, which left us a) not wanting to leave our belongings when going out and b) feeling unsafe with two children asleep in an open property. We ended up having to wedge it shut with brooms. I eventually spoke to the owner who did not care at all and said again - it’s not something anyone else had a problem with. Never again will we book and I would urge others to consider that if there are problems with your villa do you want an unresponsive, uncaring owner.

Fabulous home in Begur

Just back from a glorious 2 weeks in Helena's home...it is a home, not a house and is clearly well loved. We loved everything about it......the glorious terraces and fabulous views especially. And Begur itself is a gem. Checking in with Maite was easy and the pool chap, Kenny, and the gardner, Antonio, were both delightful. We will hopefully be back! Many thanks Helena! Beautiful Begur

The villa is in a stunning setting with superb views of the sea. We had terrific weather (almost too terrific, as Spain was in the throes of a heatwave) but the beautiful pool and the air conditioning that we actually barely used kept us all very happy. The house is very well equipped and provided everything we needed for a wonderful two weeks. Maite was there for anything we needed but to be honest we only had one question and that was answered straight away. We were very impressed with Begur which is a steep but short walk away. It is full of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and we spent several afternoons/evenings happily wandering around. Many thanks to Helena and Maite for our two weeks in this beautiful house. Cate

Look no further ... this is the one you want

This property is in a perfect location between Begur and Sa Rivera. The house itself is situated with a beautiful view of the sea, and the windows and patios maximize the tranquility of the location. Reserving was easy, and Helena the owner was highly responsive and on top of things..The house was very clean. Maite, the local contact, provided an overview of the house at check in, and was available for any questions during our stay. The house is furnished with top of the line decor and filled with thoughtful touches. The pool is wonderful, neighbors are situated away from the house so affords privacy. It is a lovely home for a relaxing getaway. Thank you Helena!

I have spent almost all of my holidays during childhood at the Costa Brava and have fallen in love with the magnificent scenery, the people and climate. After some years of absence I have returned to the Costa Brava with my children and as they also like this place we decided to look for our own house. It is very important to me that our guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay in our home. i have therefore put lot of energy in accommodating the house, making it cosy and stylish.
