*Welcome to Holiday Surf & Racquet Club! This property is located in Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Holiday Isle has 2+ miles of paved walking and biking trails and is surrounded by quiet neighborhoods with easy access to a plethora of dining, shopping, and activity options, including the Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Destin Commons.

*Holiday Surf & Racquet Club has a heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, gated entry, pool table, exercise rooms, saunas, and 300' of private beach access that is steps away from the condo. In addition, beach service is provided for $45/day, but we provide all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, sunshade, towels, toys) that you would need in the condo!

*This 2BR/2BA condo is recently remodeled with an updated kitchen, new furniture, an in unit washer and dryer, and bright, beachy décor. It features a fully stocked, remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining space with seating for 6. The living room features Gulf views, comfortable and clean leather furniture, including a Queen sleeper sofa. From the living room, step onto the private balcony that offers sensational views of the Gulf, pool, and tennis courts. Soak in the Gulf views while watching the kids play in the pool below!

**Between the quiet neighborhood, all the property amenities, the beautiful private beach, and the Gulf views from this remodeled condo, this is the perfect place for your beach vacation!

Holiday Isle has 2+ miles of paved walking and biking trails and is surrounded by quiet neighborhoods with easy access to a plethora of dining, shopping, and activity options, including the Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Destin Commons.

FREE LOCAL SHUTTLE SERVICE:
>Destin Harbor Haulers is a local company that transports people around the area on 6-8 seater golf carts. It's a free service, but I am sure they appreciate tips! You can learn more by searching for them online!

For the kitchen and laundry rooms, we provide:
• A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, cooking and eating materials
• 3 rolls of paper towels
• Dish soap
• Hand soap
• Sponge
• Cleaning supplies
• 7+ dish detergent pods
• 7+ trash bags
• Coffee, tea, sugars, coffee filters
• Starter spices and olive oil
• Small Laundry Detergent (good for numerous loads)

For EACH bedrooms and bathroom, we provide:
• High quality bedding that is washed and dried at high temperatures

Great place

The condo was just as described, communication with Stan was fast, informative and always helpful. Check in process was super easy! The condo has everything you can think of you might need. There is shopping and restaurants easily accessible. Great place to stay!

Great weekend getaway.

We arrived on. Friday and stayed till Monday. The weather was unusually cool but otherwise it was a great trip. The property was clean and as described. The communication from the property owner was exceptional.

Property was very cleaned and ready for us to use. It was very comfy and well organized.! the kitchen was clean and had all the utensils we need to cook to avoid the crowded restaurants. The beach view was perfect!! chairs, umbrella and kids toys for the beach were provided to avoid the fee from the resort… The owner was very fast on responding messages of any questions we had and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and would definitely book with him again!

Owner very responsive. Very impressed with amount of “everyday” items that we did not need to purchase for the week.... Clorox wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We usually have to purchase more due to the limited amount supplied. Owner also had a bottle of wine and snacks! We were made to feel very welcome. Room location very convenient to beach. Thanks for the great experience!!!!
