Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, light-filled 70 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is located 650 m from the beach in Cabourg. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, sofas (including a double sofa bed) and a dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric barbecue, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: sleeps 3 (1 bunk bed: 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron
Outside:
- A 5 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. Everything is within walking distance. You'll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a covered market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. (Free parking in the street around the residence).
