## Space
Located in the heart of the Pearl Beach Residence, this tastefully designed and decorated studio offers top-of-the-range facilities. Equipped with a pull-out bed and sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate a family of 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. Please note that the studio is too small to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Equipped with fibre optic connection for very high-speed internet access, it's perfect for work stays. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen is highly functional, so you can cook and enjoy your meals in comfort. Its private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a gas griddle, so you can enjoy your meals outside. The residence, located on the seafront (note that the studio is at the back of the residence and does not have a sea view), is made up of several buildings surrounding a wooded park leading directly to the sea. A superb infinity pool is located on the top floor, on a terrace offering 360° views.
Beach games and board games are also available, as is access to netflix on the TV.

You will have access to the entire flat as well as to the residence's swimming pool and park (shared with other residents).
Private access to the beach is provided in the residence.

Adjacent to the famous Baie des Anges Marina, in the heart of the Villeneuve-Loubet seaside resort, you're just 15 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur international airport.
