Quiet Summer Stay

Took my daughter and several friends to Nacogdoches for a music camp at SFA. The girls stayed at the house with me the first night - there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and be comfortable, hang out, play games, etc. After checking the girls into the dorms, it was a great place for me to simply relax for a couple of days while the girls did their thing. The house is clean and comfortable and located close to everything you could need. Just a few minutes from the SFA campus plus nice and quiet despite being located on a busier street.

Great Location to all things SFA!!

This home has such a great layout for families! And it was clean, quiet inside (even with the busy street), decorated nicely & updated, and it has 2 comfy King beds! The owners are so nice & communicate well!

Beautiful property and great location

We (fiance and our moms) we blown away immediately by the cleanliness of the property. It is so beautifully decorated as well. It is centrally located to everything in Nacogdoches. The Netflix access and washer and dryer were definitely a nice touch. The owners did not ask too much of us when cleaning to leave, and the instructions were clear. They answered any questions that we had right away. If we ever come back to town, we will definitely want to stay at Hillside Haven again. We highly recommend this property!

Loved our stay. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable and accommodated our group nicely. One of the nicest Vrbo locations we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again

Spacious and beautiful property

This was a very comfortable weekend stay for my son's college graduation. Property very conveniently located to SFASU. Property was immaculate and host was instantly responsive to a minor WiFi issue shortly after check-in. We had a lovely family dinner to celebrate afterwards - much nicer than any restaurant. Bedding was very comfortable and beds rivaled our own at home for comfort. Host clearly went out of their way to think of all the little extras that made our stay comfortable. Since my son has taken a job in Nacogdoches, we hope to stay again on future visits! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nacogdoches or SFASU.

Beautifully Decorated Home

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Location was on a busy street but couldn't hear noise in the house. Would have liked more supplies available such as: sponge, counter cleaner, plastic bags, foil. Only 3 towels in master bath. Better instructions needed for tv and thermostat, but we finally figured it out. Hosts were very accommodating. Brought over ironing board and extra hangars when we asked. A very nice property.

Family weekend in Nacogdoches

This was a great base for our family's Nacogdoches trip. Our 3 kids absolutely loved the spare room in the back with the trundle bed. We will try to stay here again.
