The Gratte-Ciel metro station is a 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to the Presqu'île in Lyon, including the famous Place Bellecour in 20 minutes, as well as the chic 6th arrondissement and La Part Dieu (train station and shopping center) - Les Halles Paul Bocuse-Auditorium de Lyon.
Nearby small shops: Jacquier Bakery-Patisserie, Ninkasi Gratte-Ciel, Carrefour.

The studio offers a sleeping mezzanine with a double bed, a small bedside lamp, a desk with a chair, a storage closet, and a television for additional entertainment during your relaxation time.
Access to the mezzanine is via stairs, and there’s a skylight above the bed.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, and a dining space with a high table and 2 high chairs.
You’ll have access to a small balcony with a small table and 2 chairs.
The French window is equipped with blinds and blackout curtains.

The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a refrigerator, 2 electric hotplates, a microwave, a range hood, a kettle, as well as dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. A washing machine is also available under the sink.

The bathroom includes a sink, storage space, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
You’ll also have access to a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, mop with bucket, and a drying rack.

NO WIFI / NO TV

IMPORTANT: For same-day bookings, arrivals can only be made from 6:00 PM.

Upon your arrival, you will find linens and basic supplies in the apartment.

Regarding linens:

The bed will be prepared based on the number of guests specified in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (please bring extra if needed).
1 kitchen towel, 1 bath mat.
Regarding basic supplies:

3 rolls of toilet paper
1 shower gel
1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge
2 coffee capsules & 2 tea bags per person per stay
Some cleaning products.

## Neighborhood

Villeurbanne offers all the advantages of a large city in a greener and quieter environment, with direct proximity to the chic 6th arrondissement and the Part-Dieu district. Whether by metro, tram, or bus, you will have quick access to all Lyon neighborhoods thanks to the extensive public transport system.

Villeurbanne boasts a vibrant neighborhood life: young people, families, or retirees, the town offers numerous cultural facilities, sports complexes, associations, various shops, schools, high schools, and universities.

The diversity of its residents makes Villeurbanne unique and rich. With a strong cultural heritage, Villeurbanne features historic places such as the Gratte-Ciel, the Town Hall, the National Popular Theatre, the Anatole France school, the House of Image and Sound, Studio 24, the Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard and Bally factories. The city continues to grow with new neighborhoods like the Terrain des Sœurs, where our current development, Carrare, is located.

Culture: With various venues and major events that are uniting, convivial, and creative. Public and private theaters (TNP, Théâtre de l’IRIS), the National Music School, concert venues (Toï Toï Le Zinc and the Transbordeur), the IAC (Contemporary Art Institute), an independent cinema (Le Zola), cultural centers (Rize and the CCO), a Ninkasi like in Lyon, the House of Image and Sound (the city's media library), Les Invites, the short film festival, and the youth book festival.

Some great spots and highlights in the neighborhood:

The Brotteaux district, typically Lyonnais, with its terraces and lively spots.
The neighboring Gratte-Ciel district, the heart of Villeurbanne, with typical 1930s architecture (Town Hall, TNP, etc.) and plenty of food shops.
The Puces du Canal: a small but charming flea market that offers an alternative to the pricey hipster shops.
The Transbordeur, the best concert venue in Lyon (in my opinion), is in Villeurbanne!
A fantastic library network with many events organized throughout the year.
The Contemporary Art Institute, with its avant-garde exhibitions, is just around the corner!
The Invites Festival, which attracts more Lyonnais every year.
The famous Parc de la Tête d'Or and its zoo.
All other Lyon neighborhoods are accessible in under 15 minutes by public transport.

To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take metro line B towards Charpennes and get off at Charpennes. Then take metro line A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and get off at Gratte-Ciel station. The apartment is a 10-minute walk away.

ST EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT (46 min):
To get to the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Express towards Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is a 10-minute walk away.
