The house is quiet and idyllic in the ski area Dachstein West. Simply strap on your skis and head for the slopes. You are offered a wonderful panorama with more than 30 lifts. Outside the winter season, the building is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain bike tours (lockable double garage), new electric bike rental (valley station Donnerkogelbahnh), visits and much more. The property is particularly suitable for families. The house is comfortably furnished. Upstairs: 1 children's room with 2 beds, a double room, toilet, bathroom with shower and kitchen. One of the highlights is the spacious living-dining room. This is equipped with old wood, a fire oven and a loft bed. There is a TV with cable connection here. In the basement there is a bathroom with shower and bathtub, an infrared cabin, a single bed room, a double bed room, a bunk bed room and the spacious hobby room with a pull-out couch, table tennis and table football table. There is a double garage available.

Wohlfühlen garantiert

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnbereich ist ein Traum und die Vermieter unglaublich nett, bemüht, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas beengend. Ich vermute, wir kommen wieder!

schöne Unterkunft in tollem Skigebiet

Schönes Haus in toller Lage. Die Küche ist etwas klein und auch der Essbereich ist für 7 Personen mit voll gestelltem Tisch etwas knapp bemessen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super schnell und wir bekamen viele gute Tipps. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Für uns perfekt

Die Buchung war problemlos und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hätte nicht besser sein können (ausgesprochen freundlich). Alle erforderlichen Informationen erhielten wir zügig und dazu noch nette Tipps. Die Lage und Aussicht ist toll und der Ort war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die geplanten Wanderungen rund um den Gosaukamm. In dem Haus haben wir uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Reichlich Platz, mit einem sehr schönen Wohnbereich für abendliche Spielerunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings kann man aufgrund der Grösse höchstens zu zweit gleichzeitig darin arbeiten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und wir können dieses Haus für Gruppen, die wandern und gemütliches Zusammensein mögen 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sehr großes gemütliches Haus, in dem sich auch ein verregneter Tag wunderbar genießen lässt (Tischtennis, Grill, Brettspiele und und und)!!

Super Haus

Man fühlt sich gleich Wohl, wenn man das Haus betritt. Alles gemütlich eingerichtet. Wurden durch die "Hausherrin" freundlich empfangen. Waren 5 Pärchen. Jeder hatte genügend Platz. Nur die Küche war etwas zu klein ( passten nicht alle Frauen rein) Scherz. Immer wieder zu empfehlen.

Wij waren met 10 personen en hadden meer dan genoeg ruimte in dit grote huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en echt een aanrader. Je loopt zo naar de piste of aan de andere kant het bos in voor een mooie wandeling. Jammer dat we volgend jaar een week eerder vakantie hebben en het dan nog hoogseizoen is qua prijs.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, nicht zuletzt aufgrund der guten Lage und des großartigen Ausblicks. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, das Ambiente sehr gemütlich, wenngleich die Küche sehr klein ist. Lediglich der "Hobbyraum" riecht etwas feucht. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden. Die Informationen und Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin sind ebenfalls hervorragend.

Wondurbar !

Cette location est fabuleuse ! elle est immense pour 10 personnes cela ne pose aucun problème ... les terrasses sont grandes et avec une super vue, il y a un barbecue prêt a l'emploi ! et la maison est très propre ... Il y a également pour les enfants un babyfoot et une table de pingpong ! et pour les parents une cabine de sauna et une immense baignoire ... Que vouloir de plus en vacances ! La propriétaire est très sympa et la vue est magnifique a conseiller vivement en groupe !

Großes, gemütliches Haus

Das große Haus hat keine Wünsche bei uns offen gelassen. Wir waren mit sechs Personen im Winterurlaub, weitere bis zu fünf Personen hätten noch Platz gefunden. Die Lage direkt an der Piste des Schigebietes ist ideal, wir konnten mit den Schiern bis zur Haustüre fahren. Die Abwicklung der Miete war unkompliziert, äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfekter Winterurlaub

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit super Blick auf die Berge. Besonders ist das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit Kamin zu erwähnen. Nach dem Wintersport nach Hause kommen, Kamin anmachen und genießen... - perfekt!

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Schon im Vorfeld gab es einen sehr netten Kontakt und alles verlief reibungslos und unproblematisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem das tolle Wohnzimmer hat es uns angetan. Außerdem hat man einen schönen Blick zur Talabfahrt. Bis zur Piste sind es nur wenige Meter. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder :-)

Fantastisch huis!

Fantastisch huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een supervakantie! We gingen weg met vaders en zonen en hebben niet alleen genoten van het skieen maar ook van het huis: de pingpong tafel, de voetbaltafel, infra rood cabine. Perfect!!

A magnificient place!

Our 6 people family stayed at this home in Annaberg for 5 days and 4 nights and we can say that not only the house has excelent capabilities as also to owners are great people and really knew how to made us welcome and confortable. If you are looking for skiing, hiking and/or a quite vacations that is your perfect place!
