The Goslar kennel located in the romantic city walls of the 1,000-year-old imperial city of Goslar and hosts on the middle floor of three in support of this unique apartments with sizes between 45 sqm and 80 sqm. The apartments are equipped with all comforts. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es gab Schokolade und 1 Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung. Die Lage war sehr gut! Leider wäre der Besuch des Museums und des Turmdaches (Aussicht) nur gegen Voranmeldung (mind. 10 Personen) und hoher Kosten möglich gewesen. Also haben wir nicht viel von diesem Zwinger gesehen. Sobald man vor den Eingangstüren der 3 Ferienwohnungen (sehr dicht beieinander) steht, wird man von sehr starkem Essensgeruch empfangen! In unserer Ferienwohnung "Burggraf" konnte man kaum lüften! Es gibt nur ein Fenster im Wohnzimmer und im hinteren kleinen Schlafzimmer. Bad und Küche haben kein Fenster! Querlüften ist so gut wie unmöglich! Jedesmal wenn man in die Wohnung kam, wurde man von schlechtem Geruch empfangen! Die Wohnung hat zwar 6 Schlafplätze, ist aber, unserer Meinung nach, nicht für 6 Personen geeignet. 1 Familie mit Kindern ist ok. Befreundete Paare auf keinen Fall! 2 Personen müssen in einem Wandschrank schlafen....und wenn diese gerne schlafen möchten, gibt es für die anderen Gäste nur noch die Möglichkeit im Schlafzimmer zu sitzen! Auf den Fotos geht nicht eindeutig hervor, dass das Schlafzimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten nur durch das andere Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist! Die Ausstattung (TV + DVD, Kopfkissen) ist schlecht. Die Kochtöpfe stehen nicht gerade auf dem Herd, sondern schaukeln. Die Küche ist viel zu klein, um für 6 Personen vernünftig zu kochen! Parkmöglichkeiten waren katastrophal. Wir haben eine Gebühr für einen Anwohnerberechtigungsschein gezahlt, die wir uns aber definitiv hätten sparen können! Außerdem mussten wir bei Ankunft nochmals eine viel zu hohe Summe für unseren Hund zahlen , obwohl dieser bei Buchung mit aufgeführt/angegeben war!!! Also Kostenaufstellung / Rechnung irreführend! Zusätzliche, nicht unerhebliche, Kosten fallen für eine Tourismusgebühr an, die ebenfalls bei Ankunft gezahlt werden müssen! Fazit: Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut nicht!!Trotz netter Vermieter würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen! Wir haben uns den historischen Zwinger, " die besondere Ferienwohnung " etwa. definitiv anders vorgestellt!!
