RENOVATED BRIGANTINE BEACH HOUSE RENTAL
Spacious beach house in a quiet community on south end with a community pool! 3 bedrooms: 1 ( 2nd floor queen with full bath) 2 (2nd floor bunk bed with full bath) 3 (located on 1st floor - couch that turns into a single bed) There are 4 decks throughout the house (off of the living room, kitchen, and two decks off of both upstairs bedrooms). Only a 2min drive to the 4x4 drive on beach and 5 minute drive to Atlantic City :)
Per HOA there is a minimum 30 day rental.
Pets require pre-approval and may incur an additional fee.
Tenants must provide their own bedsheets and pillowcases.
