About this property

Modern, bright apartment with a view of the Wachsenburg on the Erfurter Kreuz / A4!

Live in a newly furnished apartment (45 m²) in our house near the Erfurter Kreuz just 2 minutes from the "Neudietendorf" motorway exit. We are centrally located for all your excursion destinations in Thuringia.
We offer a comfortable, spacious apartment, modern equipment, fully equipped kitchen, free towels, bed linen and final cleaning.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. An extra bed for up to 2 people and a baby bed are possible. The apartment is on the upper floor with a small balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Wachsenburg. In winter you can enjoy the evenings in the in-house sauna (by arrangement with an extra charge). In summer there is a shared pool in the garden. Parking space for cars directly in front of the door.

Kurzurlaub

Einfach wunderbarer! Tolle Kommunikation zu Conny. Super sympathisch. 😀 Man hat seine ruhe da es am Feld liegt. Mit dem PKW ist man innerhalb von 15-20min in Erfurt. Wir und unser Hund haben sich total wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut gelegen für eine Stadtreise mit Hund! Man ist direkt in den Feldern. Mit dem Auto ist der Bahnhof Neudietendorf 5 Minuten entfernt, und damit auch Erfurt nicht weit. Die Fewo hat keinen eigenen Eingang, liegt im Haus der Eigentümer.

Einfach taumhaft!!

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, modernen Ferienwohnung bei extrem netten und tierlieben Vermietern. Hervorzuheben ist auch das Bett mit hervorragendendem Schlafcomfort. So gut haben wir sonst noch in keinem fremden Bett geschlafen. In unserem persönlichen Ferienhausranking ist diese Ferienwohnung auf Platz 1! 🏆🤗👍

Thüringen - Urlaub

Tolle Wohnung, super für 2 Personen ausreichen. Großes Bad, Balkon und Benutzung vom Pool möglich. Sauna ist im Haus, auch hier ist die Benutzung möglich. Küchenausstattung hat Luft nach oben. Wer viel kochen möchte kommt etwas an die Grenze. Erreichbarkeit von Erfurt, Weimar, Gotha und Eisenach durch die nahe gelegene Autobahn kein Problem. Auch mit dem E-Bike sind die Städte erreichbar. Blick auf die Wachsenburg. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr zufrieden, würden wieder dahin fahren.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Die FeWo liegt verkehrsgünstig sehr zentral, um die umliegenden Städte zu besuchen. Diese haben wir mit unseren Fahrrädern erkundet. Die Unterbringung war wie in der Beschreibung sehr gepfegt und sauber. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, sehr nette Vermieter-Familie. Leider ist die Wohnung im Sommer recht heiß (da unter dem Dach) und viele Stechmücken waren während unseres Aufenthaltes unterwegs. Dafür 2 Sterne Abzug, ansonsten empfehlenswert

Eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, schöner Aussicht und Sauna. Auch die Kommunikation im Voraus hat sehr gut geklappt. Schneller und unproblematischer Austausch. Flexible Ankunftszeit nach Absprache. Sehr zufrieden.

Ruhe und Erholung

Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung genauso vor, wie die Fotos dies vermitteln. Freundliche Vermieter empfingen uns und führten uns in die hellen, sehr gepflegten Räume. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Sehr schön ist der Ausblick von der Essecke in die weite Landschaft. Wer gerne spazierengeht, kann dies vom Haus aus tun und sich an der Natur freuen. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen.
