unclear arrival information
Interhome management were closed on the day we arrived. We collected keys and information as arranged. All vital information was on page 9 in small light blue font after pages of house rules. This included the apartment block letter and apartment number and how to access the lift from the garage.
After driving for five hours one cannot be expected to search a whole booklet to get to page nine for crucial information that surely should be on the first page.
As we hadn't seen this, it resulted in us not seeing the lift as it was behind a plain locked door. We had to carry our heavy luggage out of the garage and onto the street before finding access to the apartment block.
I knew the apartment was on the top floor but did not know that there were three blocks and didn't know which block we were in or the apartment number. This was not on any communication including the invoice.
This resulted in us trying each top floor apartment door to see if our key would fit. We lifted all our luggage further up the street and tried Block B, eventually finding our apartment. We are in our 70s with back problems and chose this apartment for ease of access.
in addition, the outside chairs were not fit for purpose.
