Tucked away inside a quiet cul-de-sac in the Cassine Village community, this beautiful beach home is at the heart of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, and 1/2 a mile from public beach access. This home comes with private off-road parking and access to two community pools.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This colorful beach home warmly welcomes you with seating on a covered front porch tucked behind the home's mature palms. The open-plan living/dining area offers beautiful hardwood flooring as well as ample seating on the newly-upgraded couch and around the dining table. The spacious kitchen offers a wrap-around kitchen counter with a split sink, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, pots, pans, and all other kitchen utensils you'd need. At the end of the first-floor hallway, you'll enter the generously sized queen bedroom, complete with an en suite and generous closet space.
As you make your way up to the second floor, bedrooms two and three offer a king and a single-over-full bunk respectively. Both bedrooms come with private closet space and en suite bathrooms complete with shower/tub combos. The second-floor landing also provides a separate laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
AMENITIES:
The Cassine Village community is just a short walk to the beach with the closest beach access point at Beachwood Villas. The neighborhood features some incredible amenities including two outdoor pools, two tennis courts, a nature trail through Point Washington State Forest to Eastern Lake, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball area.
The home provides four YOLO beach cruiser bikes, beach gear, a gas grill, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a long driveway comfortably able to park four cars. Strictly no parking on street at any time.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Strictly no pets.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.

There is exterior video monitoring through the home's security system.
