Ground-floor flat facing the private swimming pool, which can be heated out of season (between April and October). Air-conditioned 3-star accommodation, including a large private enclosed garden, private access to the swimming pool and 2 parking spaces on the property. Terraces, garden furniture, pergola, plancha, barbecue. Dogs are welcome, provided they are well-behaved. The owners, who are very discreet, live in a small flat at the rear of the property. (Not overlooked)
