About this property

The renovation of this glamorous villa represents the last project by the young talented designer Kristina for 2015. The owner has done an excellent job in restructuring the old stone Istrian house (whose original stone walls are still preserved) and expanding the old foundations to get a spacious and luxurious villa with a modern layout as it is today. Attractive design solutions, high quality materials, attention to detail and comfort in harmony with the modern style of life is what you will find in this beautiful villa. The villa is on two floors and consists of a large and modern living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, four comfortable and originally furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the latest electronics and multimedia.
The villa is located in a small village, surrounded by greenery and only 5 minutes from the old town of Labin and Rabac with the most beautiful beach in Istria. Enjoy calmly near the large swimming pool (with counter current system) and if you want to be active there is a table for table tennis and trampoline for the children. You can also eat on the large covered terrace and for gourmets there is a large outdoor grill. The green plot around the house is 2200 m2.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haus von Vesna. Die Austattung, vor allem der Küche, ist super, nichts hat gefehlt. Durch die Klimaanlage war es im Haus immer sehr angenehm. Das ganze Haus und Grundstück ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Kinder waren mit Pool, Trampolin und Spielplatz gut beschäftigt. Wir überlegen definitiv wieder zu kommen!! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten unser Ferienhaus nicht nach Lage oder Ort ausgewählt, sondern nach Optik, Ausstattung und Bewertungen. Unsere Ansprüche waren sehr hoch - und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es hat alles gepasst! Es war alles sehr sauber, die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet, sowohl was Küchenutensilien angeht als auch Basics fürs Kochen. Man ist komplett für sich, weil das Grundstück nicht einsehbar ist. Der Garten ist so groß, dass locker ein zweites Haus darauf passen würde. Am Strand ist man in 20 Fahrminuten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern, die super lieb und hilfsbereit sind. Wir werden uns sicherlich in ein paar Jahren wieder dort einbuchen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Familien mit Kindern

Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig, großer Pool auf riesigem Grundstück. Bestens ausgestattete Küche und alles super sauber. Sehr nette und immer erreichbare Vermieterin.

entspannter Familienurlaub mit Freunden

Die Villa wurde sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien. Die Außenanlage inklusive Pool bot für unsere Kinder tolle Möglichkeiten... einen Tag ohne Pool gab es nicht. Zur Lage: Die Villa liegt am Rand einer Siedlung, zur nächsten ernsthaften Einkaufsmöglichkeit braucht man ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Uns hat dies allerdings gar nicht gestört. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt... wir waren durchweg glücklich und zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus für bis zu 2 Familien an dem es an nichts fehlt!

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Haus für bis zu 2 Familien. Fliegengitter an allen wichtigen Fenstern, sehr ruhige Lage am Ende einer Straße und ein toller Pool. Das von außen zugängliche WC ist sehr praktisch, wenn man nicht mit nassen Füßen ins Haus gehen möchte. Unter dem umlaufenden Dach kann man bei jedem Wetter sitzen und grillen. Ein Spielplatz ist in der Nähe, aber der große Garten und die Schaukel machen diesen eigentlich überflüssig.

Ein perfektes Haus für erholsammen Urlaub

Haben das Haus wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für die ersten Tage stand ein Obstkorb,eine Flasche Wein und Mineralwasser bereit. Einkaufen war auch kein Problem da Lidl, Spar und Konsum in 5 Minuten erreichbar waren. Die Markthalle In Labin ist zu empfehlen. Sie ist zwar klein aber man bekommt frisches Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal dieses Haus mieten.,und es Freunde und Bekannte weiterempfehlen. Super Haus - bestens ausgestattet

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Die Hausverwalterin Vesna war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Meer doch sehr weit weg.

Zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Antoana

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Villa Antoana und es war wieder alles perfekt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und einem wunderbaren Pool.

Wonderful stay in Labin

We spent a week at the home with 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was as advertised, very clean and well decorated. The pool and the garden were great. The owners were very attentive and friendly. The house really has just about everything you could need. The area is remote and quiet but close enough to anything you need. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Super Haus, schöner Urlaub

Wir können uns den Vorbewertungen nur anschließen. Es handelt sich um ein schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Der Pool, die überdachte Terrasse, die Tischtennisplatte, das Trampolin und der gemauerte Grill waren die besonderen Highlights. Alles ist so wie beschrieben bzw. in den Bildern dargestellt – neuwertig und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sie waren jeder Zeit per WhatsApp oder telefonisch erreichbar. Die Empfehlungen waren super. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Einkaufen muss man ca. 10 Minute nach Labin fahren. Die dortige Altstadt ist sehenswert. Strand und touristische Attraktionen gibt es in Rabac, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nochmals ein Dankeschön an die Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist großzügig gestaltet und bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die umlaufende Terrasse bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist ruhigen und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand nach Rabac sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten. Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist live noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen und wir werden nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes, modernes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage!

Sehr gepflegte und optisch ansprechende Zimmer und Bäder. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöner, sauberer Pool mit großzügigem Liegebereich. Tischtennisplatte und Riesentrampolin hochwertig und voll funktionsfähig. Gemütliche Terrasse mit großem, gemauerten Grill. Sehr gute WLAN-Verbindung!

Ein wunderschönes Haus!!!

Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll gestaltetes Haus! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, was uns super gafallen hat. Wie haben uns wie zu Hause gefüllt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit :). Seine Strandempfehlungen sind super und für uns genau richtig gewesen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und das Haus und die Gegend sind auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen und erholsamen Urlaub!
