In exchange for the privilege of hosting you, our team has taken care of absolutely everything for you!
Specifically, for all reservations, some of the amenities included are:
1. Pool
There is a pool in the front of the property that is shared with another listing. Each listing has its own pool schedule and is allotted a minimum of 4 hours of exclusive pool usage EVERY SINGLE DAY. This means that the listings will never share the pool at the same time.
Accordingly, it is available within the following timeframes:
All even-numbered dates (i.e., 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.), this listing gets the pool in the afternoon (5 PM – 9 PM).
All odd-numbered dates (i.e., 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, etc.), this listing gets the pool in the morning (9 AM – 1 PM).
Pool will be deep cleaned every Tuesday and Friday
2. 50% discount in any of our tours around the island
You are welcome to check our IG (@HighSoClub) for some of the many tours we offer around the island. The 50% discount that we offer are tours to el Yunque National Forest, Hiking to the top of Mt. Britton observatory in the middle of the rainforest, Natural water slides and cliff jumping, Culebra/Vieques Day Trip, Hiking Pico Rodadero, Blue Pool and Sand caves, Hidden Beaches, and more!
All third-party tours (i.e., Jet ski, Boat rental, Zip lining, Horse-back riding, ATV/UTV Rental, etc.) will be paid FULL FARE as they are NOT booked through or via us. These tours are exclusively third-party tours as we do not offer them.
3. Concierge/Superhost that will take care of you 24/7
From the time you book your reservation to the time you leave Puerto Rico; you will have a team of concierges/superhosts at your disposal! Anything and everything that you want or need for your special time in Puerto Rico (i.e. B-day preparations, chef services, reservations, bachelor(ette) parties, party planning, cakes, balloons, flowers, photographers, etc.), please do not hesitate to ask! We truly can get anything on this island.
After booking, we will send you a list of our tours as well as third-party tours with their respective prices for you to choose for each day that you are in Puerto Rico. Thereafter, we will build you an itinerary of your daily activities down to every hour of the day as well with hyperlinks for you to simply click an book (or we can even book for you if you’d like), prices, instructions, and special requirements for each and every tour.
Additional, for all ELIGIBLE GUESTS, the following amenities are also included.
ELIGIBLE GUEST is a guest that MUST have both
(a) a NON-DISCOUNTED RATE; plus
(b) an added 18% cash gratuity for all the staff (i.e., driver, cleaner, chef, etc.) due at the time of check in.
4. Private Transportation in the San Juan Area
Thursdays to Mondays, all eligible guests will enjoy a MINIMUM of 12 hours of transportation services (5 AM to 5 PM+) to/from the property ONLY if it is located within the San Juan Area (see map of coverage). Transportation outside of these hours is available, although for a small per person fee.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND AN ITINERARY OF YOUR PLANS (OR ASK US TO BUILD YOU ONE) TO SECURE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. FAILURE TO HAVE AN APPROVED ITINERARY AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN NO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
5. $5 Brunch
Thursday to Mondays, we will have chef on site to prepare brunch for all eligible guests. Please do not make the mistake of assuming this is some cheap continental breakfast, as you will be impressed by the quality of brunches our chefs prepare (or you can check our Insta @HighSoClub to see for yourself!).
Please note that the brunch service must be reserved BEFORE LANDING IN PUERTO RICO otherwise it is safe to assume it won’t be available as there are LIMITED SPOTS and the $5 payment is to reserve your spot.
Bring the champagne, we got the OJ!
6. HouseKeeping
Our dedicated staff will make sure your listing’s common areas are cleaned every other day that you stay with us (i.e., take out the trash, wash and dry towels, refill toiletry, etc.)

BOOKING USING ANY SORT OF DISCOUNT (i.e., non-refundable, last minute, genius, through a third party or booking platform, etc.) WILL AFFECT THE AMENITIES INCLUDED.
Rule of Thumb: If requesting within 3 weeks of your check-in date, chances are the rate is discounted and the listing does not include some, or all, of the amenities
