Summer 2025 weekly rentals

This is a beautifully designed beach house with the best of all worlds: centrally located within 2 blocks to the beach and a half block to the bay. The house is surrounded by trees and privacy with a fenced in backyard and deck with a dozen flowering trees and a field of tiger lilies and daisies.The back deck has ceiling fans, a Weber grill and comfortable outdoor furniture. The roof deck has a great view, bar, frig and outdoor furniture ready for entertaining. The house has central air conditioning, with three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a full bath and den downstairs. A flat screen cable TV, wireless internet, washer and dryer and modern kitchen complete the experience of modern comfort in a traditional setting. Enjoy Brigantine and Atlantic City: Beautiful Brigantine Beach is just across the bridge from Atlantic City and only an hour from Philadelphia. Perfect place for families to come and relax on the pristine beach during the day and explore the extensive nightlife of Atlantic City. Just minutes to the Borgata, Harahs. A wonderful place to rent a kayak, fishing boat, golf and bike on flat streets. There is a bird sanctuary at the end of the island where you can walk your dog and enjoy a remarkable setting. Brigantine is a special non commercial getaway for people on the east coast, affordable and lovely.

Comfortable beach house

This home once a simple bungalow from days gone by was rejuvenated into a two floor 3 bdrm plus roof deck beach house with many conversation/get away spots. We really enjoyed this property.

Wonderful getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything about the house and yard was amazing. The back deck and yard was so beautiful and peaceful. It was close to everything. It was our dog’s first vacation and he loved it too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a weeklong stay

The house had just what we needed to enjoy a week in Brigantine as two families with infants. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the outdoor space (or the beach) much with unseasonably cold weather & storms in the area, but we could easily have spent every night outside under better circumstances.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The place fit our needs perfectly with three beds and great outdoor space. When we weren’t at the beach we were on the beautiful backyard deck. Beach is a short walk away and the house had plenty of chairs and a useful beach cart that helps with the walk. We brought our dog and the fenced in backyard was great.

Beautiful Backyard and breezes

Very spacious and the gardens and porches enhance the space. Well stocked kitchen. We went to the beach everyday, the cart they supply really helped haul our stuff. I love this house and neighborhood. Just an all around good vibe!

I’ve been vacationing in Brigantine for 10+ years and this rental is awesome! It offers EVERYTHING you need in a shore rental. The inside is bright and airy with plenty of room for all. The front porch and back patio are a perfect addition to this lovely house. I highly recommend this house for a lovely, comfortable vacation rental. The owner responds immediately to any questions you may have. I plan to only rent this house for my future stays in Brigantine!

One big exhale

From the moment we arrived, we were relaxed. This doesn’t feel like a typical shore house but rather someone’s home that they love and enjoy. We had plenty of room for our family of five and dog and enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces from sunsets on the front porch to sunrise on the roof deck to lazy evenings on the amazing back porch. The beach was a quick 2.5 block walk, and the house had all of the beach accessories you needed. We loved being a block from the bay too and walking down for the most beautiful sunsets. A wonderful home and host!

Great Getaway at the Beach

Charming house situated in the middle between the harbor and the beach. 2.5 blocks one way got us o the harbor at the rowing club where we watched boats and kayaks coming in and out of the water. 2.5 blocks the other way got us to one of beach entrances. Wawa is an easy 6 blocks walk on Brigantine Ave. Right next to Wawa is Sea Star, one of those large stores that sell everything for beachgoers: flip-flops, sundresses, hats, suntan lotion, even hermit crabs! Another 3 blocks (walk or drive) on Brigantine Ave got us to Yiannis Café with great breakfast and iced coffee! Across the street , we tried SoulBerri Smoothie that sells healthy smoothie; the smoothies took a while, but they are definitely packed with fruit! The house is pretty with a third floor deck reached by spiral iron staircase. The first floor back deck is a relaxing oasis: a windchime on the overhang along with a standing of older trees rustling gently in the wind made for soothing evenings at the end of the day. The owner allows pets and the entire back yard is enclosed by gates. We brought our dog along, and she had a great time hanging out with us. The local beach is closed to dogs during the summer season. But there is a beach about 10min drive where dogs are allowed, and we took her there for dog walks. Pirates Den just across that dog beach is also a great place for breakfast. You do need to bring your own linens and towels. If you like your bed soft, you may want to bring you own pillowtop – the beds are very firm!

A week at the beach

Very cute house. Plenty of room. The only downside was all the flowers and trees in the back brought many mosquitos so couldn’t really hang out back on the beautiful deck. The hose had a hole in it so you got wet when u tried to rinse off your feet from the beach. All the beach gear such as chairs umbrella and beach caddy is kept outside and not in the best of shape but we did use the wagon and the umbrella. The umbrella bag was ripped but the umbrella was fine. We had our own chairs. There were ants in the kitchen so had to be very careful about what you put on the counters. I know there are usually ants down the shore so wasn’t disgusted just wished there was a spray or ant traps around to use. Also the grill was extremely dirty and never cleaned maybe from previous renters? My husband took the grill apart and cleaned it very well ( he has ocd) prior to us using it the one time we did. Also the couches were not very comfortable to lay on and watch movies at night. Other wise the location was great and quiet. Although street parking only, was able to park close to house. On the last day we had the cleaning ladies waiting outside to clean around 9am and had to tell them to leave that we had the house until 11. They then came back around 1035 and we were almost done so let them in a little early.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house is gorgeous as soon as you get out of the car. It is a beautiful oasis with relaxing outdoor seating areas all over the property. It is a super easy walk to the beach for some fun in the sand or to the bay to watch the sunset. The kitchen has everything you could need- pans, knives, etc. which is wonderful. It looks even better than the pictures. Laurence was super responsive and checking in and out were super easy.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This home was exactly what I hoped it would be! Close to the beach and a quiet oasis to relax in after a long day at the beach. The back deck is glorious! We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this property!
