The property was perfect. Its on the water with a dock and beautiful scene from the back porch. The home is well stocked and quite clean. I felt right at home! Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!
My friends and I enjoyed the comfortable, well-equipped, quiet property for several days. The porches are lovely, the kayaks and launching dock easy to use in a beautiful part of the sound with a nearby tiny island to visit. You're not a long drive from a beach. If you take walks, head toward the road, not further back, which turns into private property. It was a wonderful, peaceful visit.
This was my second stay at this location. The best part is the kayaks (equipment good for 2 people), since you can kayak out straight into the sound to a beautiful little island. We were really touched by the note pointing out an osprey nest within view of the house!
It's not far from groceries and the beach (well, a beach with paid parking). It's got all you need and we had no trouble getting in and out, even though we arrived late at night. Just follow the instructions to go down the right driveway and, if you go for a walk, walk toward the paved road. Clean and enjoyable overall, with easy communication if you need it.
This place was wonderful!!! Very clean, kayaks and tubing was so fun and relaxing. The house had everything! From board games, diapers, hygiene products to breakfast, lunch and at least 1 dinner! Not much had to be bought. Only thing missing was a radio, just bring one. Other than that stunning!
This was a perfect little spot on the water & we enjoyed the kayaks.
It is exactly as advertised, very clean, all amenities you need & very easy check in/out. Would recommend!

This property had everything you needed for a quiet stay near the water. With a small boat or kayak the dock was usable for mooring, but not so much with a larger boat (17’ ). Low tide had little water. Overall a good experience and the hosts were very accommodating.
This property was a great place to stay! Owners were very helpful place is very secluded with alot of privacy and was very well maintained and very clean.

We recently moved to this area to be supportive of our Reserve Duty family member. We are enjoying spending time with our grandchildren!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this waterfront piece with a dock and boathouse. The sights and smells of the salt water refresh my soul. Kayaking is such a peaceful activity, we want to be on the water as often as possible. We love the climate here, there are so many sunny days!
What makes this property unique
Sip your morning coffee on the front porch and watch the sun come up. Plan your early morning kayak adventure. Float around on an inner tube and get your feet wet. Read a book on the dock immersed in the experience of water fowl flying overhead and fish jumping nearby. Feel your stresses melt away in this tranquil setting, there's not much going on at this end of the gravel road.
