The First floor studio apartment has a private entrance, porch outside the beautiful french doors, bathroom, and eat-in kitchenette with table and chairs. Comes with one dedicated parking spot. The unit has a full sized bed, futon seating/sleeping, coffee table, dresser, and an area to hang clothes. You have your own bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. The kitchen has two electric burners, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. Located within a five block walk to the downtown river district where there is an assortment of restaurants, bars and entertainment.
