In order to maintain status, all guests agree to participate in our synthetic scent free approach.
You'll be dealing with the owner's throughout the entirety of the process and your stay. Most of our guests have sensitivities to synthetic scent and/or allergies and our main focus is on guest in residence and/or incoming guest.

Folly has long been attractive to the artist community and is one of the best surfing areas on the east coast.
An ideal eclectic getaway in a new, lower density, well-designed complex with Caribbean flair. Suitable for 1-2 couples or small families.
Peaceful, perfectly situated location away from the hustle and bustle of front beach party atmosphere, yet truly only a 7 minute stroll to beach and fishing pier, 5 minutes to Center Street restaurants and entertainment. Historic Peninsular Charleston SC with all its charm, is about 15 minutes away via vehicle.
We strive to keep our home synthetic scent-free by cleaning with natural products and steam distilled essential oils as well as avoiding chemical pesticides etc. as much as possible. Strict Fragrance Free laundry approach as well as synthetic scent-free manually activated air freshener and insect repellent provided. We ask that guests refrain from using products containing synthetic scent while in residence. If advice is needed as to where/how to obtain naturally scented personal care items, we're happy to assist.

■ GRACE PERIOD - 24 hour grace period to speak via phone after reservation request. Once we speak, if we find we’re mismatched we’ll reverse the request without penalty. We must set a 24 hour time limit on this though so our listing isn't removed from available properties for long.
■ AFTER RENTAL AGREEMENT is fully complete and rental payment processed, a cancellation fee of $250.00 is assessed all cancellations. This covers non-refundable merchant processing fees involved and administration time.
■ For stays of 1 week or less - cancellations occurring:
○ 90 days or more prior to scheduled arrival – full refund of rental monies paid to owner (less $250 cancel/admin fee)
○ 60-89 days prior to scheduled arrival – 50% of rental monies paid to owner refunded ***
○ 59 days or less prior to scheduled arrival - 0% of rental monies paid to owner refunded
■ For multi-week stays - cancellations occurring:
○ 120 days or more prior to scheduled arrival - full refund of rental monies paid to owner (less $250 cancel/admin fee)
○ 90-119 days prior to scheduled arrival - 50% of rental monies paid to owner refunded***
