Located in a quiet environment, in a small Champagne village with bucolic charm, this elegant accommodation is perfect if you come to visit our beautiful region, to rest and recharge your batteries with family or friends. The house with a surface area of ​​220 m² is bright, with high ceilings and a beautiful glass mezzanine.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a fitted kitchen with central island, a dining room, a bar with table football and darts, a laundry room, a shower and a separate toilet.
The first floor has a living room with a large screen television, 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has a private shower room, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. On the upper mezzanine there is an office offering a dedicated workspace.
Outside, you'll enjoy a large courtyard with a carport for on-site parking, and a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. A barbecue is available in fine weather (bring charcoal).
The cottage also features a spa under a pergola. It's heated to 36/37°C before your arrival. It is reserved for adults and can be used between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
The capacity is 7 beds, including 4 adults maximum. The cottage can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights and is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
