Fantastic home with so many extras!!

This property far exceeded our expectations and all of our previous experiences staying in VRBOs. This home owner thought of pretty much everything. So many useful items in the kitchen, lots of pool towels, pool toys, coolers, strollers, highchair, playpen, extra blankets and pillows. We traveled with a toddler, and two preteens. We all enjoyed this home so much. The home and neighborhood were beautiful. Both resort type waterpark/pool locations were fantastic. We loved the one that was a short drive away a bit better but both were awesome. The pool at the home was perfectly sized for our family and we enjoyed it every day. Home was super clean and I would recommend staying here to anyone. The house is 2story and there are baby gates for both the top and bottom of the stairs. All the beds were comfortable and cozy. Melony was wonderful to work with and always quick to respond. Check in and check out went seamless and there were zero issues during our stay. We always felt safe and never really saw any neighbors unless at the clubs. If you're in Davenport or Orlando area or doing anything nearby, HIGHLY recommend staying in Champions Gate and at this property.

Great family property

We just stayed at this home for 12 days the end of February. We have stayed in many hotels/cottages/chalets but this was actually our first VRBO. I am happy to say that it is pretty much exactly as advertised. The owners are very quick to respond and super helpful. Since this was our first big family trip out of the country (Canadians!) I had a lot of questions and Melony was so kind in answering all of them which I really appreciated. It was myself, my husband and our three children (ages 8, 6 and 18 months) who stayed in the home and it worked very well for us. We didn't actually use the pool in the backyard as much as I thought we would but we loved the Oasis and Retreat club amenities. The kids loved the water slides and the big pools are very warm (water slides are cold). The house was very clean and we liked that the garbage was picked up each day). My only complaint would be that the house is across the street from the main garbage area and the two days it was picked up while we were there it was done at 3am and the other day at 6am ad it woke us up both days. Not much the property owners can do about that (unless maybe you can complain to the garbage removal company?).Other than that the house was great, clean, had everything we needed. We even used the baby highchair and pack and play crib for our youngest which was great!We would definitely stay in this property again.

Great 3-generation family experience

We've stayed at several vacation rentals in Florida and this house was one of the best. Very well-stocked with essentials not only for one or two days but for our entire 8 night stay.The grandchildren loved the Oasis Club, the water slides and lazy river. The tennis courts were a short drive away but were also a big hit.The golf course on-site (beautifully integrated into the resort) looked a little challenging and expensive for our two golfers but there were other courses nearby.The host (Melony) was very responsive.Despite the unseasonably cold temperatures (only 2 days made it into low twenties (*C) the amenities helped everyone enjoy their stay.Do check traffic conditions for travel in the area (Disney, airport etc) as the surrounding highways can get very busy.

great vacation

The property was just as shown. We were very happy with all the amenities and property location. It was clean and just the right size for our family. We did have some trouble with the neighbor's dog barking at all hours of the day and night. we finally had to yell over that they were disturbing the peace and would be calling the police if they didn't quite the dog. We had asked multiple times nicely before that threat. after that, the dog was less barky. I would ask the hosts to speak with their neighbor brfore you book.

Amazing property close to parks and had everything we needed!

Where do I start? This property had everything our family could need. Melony was very communicative from the start all the way through until checkout. The kids absolutely loved the house with their own rooms and space. All the beds were super comfy and there were plenty of towels, sheets and bedding to accommodate us. The kitchen was fully equipped with toaster, coffee machines and all other equipment we could need. The pool was food for the kids, we really enjoyed the clubhouse pool area. Any questions I had melony was very responsive. I would definitely book this property again and the family are already missing it! Thanks for a lovely stay guys!

Family Vacation

This was a family trip that was cancelled once due to health issues, then almost cancelled again due to Milton. My husband and I got in two days before the arrival of Milton, however our daughter and family’s flight was cancelled and rescheduled 5 days later. During the impending storm the owners were in constant contact with us making sure we had everything we needed and kept us updated after the storm with the power status. The owners were always just a click away, and their empathy shone through with everything they did and said, giving our daughter two extra days at the home at no cost. We are all gratefully appreciative and of everything that was done for us in making our stay safe.

Lovely place, friendly service

It was a great place to stay, well stocked and clean. Nice design and community pools were beautiful. It was usually 30 minutes to the various Disney resorts so longer commute than we expected.would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the are. Kids loved the lazy river and the big slides within champion's Gate. The rental was clean and as advertised. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect home away from home.

There was more than enough space for our whole family of five. Everyone had their own room and the enclosed pool was a hit the entire trip. We only went to the neighborhood pool once and it was nice. The distance to Disney isn't far but the traffic is pretty bad. We would stay here again for a Disney trip because the price versus Disney property outweighs the extra time to get to Disney in my opinion.

Great family vacation

Very good place to stay to help complete our family vacation. We all had the space needed to come together, but also the space to get away. It was my family of 4, my parents, and my in-laws. I marked the cleanliness of the property a 3-star because it doesn’t seem like the home was cleaned well. You can look at the house and see that it is normally maintained well, but I think we got the short end of the stick. Pool was dirty, my wife mopped and vacuumed floors, and cleaned the tub. There were dishes left in the dishwasher. My guess they were from the previous booking as they looked clean. I spoke to the owner about some of these things and although she responded quickly, no one came by to clean to the pool or did she follow up to see if it was actually done.

Awesome Time

The home was lovely we enjoyed ourselves. There is a water park at the property that's free to the visitors. Home was very nice and clean for the most part. I didn't give five stars because there were a lot of hairs in the room and bathroom I was in. Also the pool is very small and the check-in line is extremely long my name wasn't on the list it was a little confusion but I had someone in the car with me whose name was on the list so we were able to get our parking pass for entry that's why I didn't give five stars for check-in. Nothing's going to be perfect though so other than that I would recommend this to anyone we enjoyed ourselves the place was lovely it was an awesome time. ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect vacay

The house was PERECT ! Close to Disneys magic Kingdom animal kingdom and SeaWorld ..The onsite pool was perfect and had a few floats and a basketball float game !Then right around the corner was a water park and 1 mile away yet another water park ! Very clean beautiful house stocked with all the nessesities and then some ! The host quickly responded to all my questions...I definatly would recommend anyone stay here ...I'm looking forward to my next vacay so I can rebook !

Great Stay

Absolutely loved our stay at this 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome! The community pool was the highlight for our family, with not just one, but two slides that provided endless fun and laughter. The gated community offered a sense of security and tranquility, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our vacation. The townhome itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing ample room for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals when we weren't out exploring the nearby attractions. While the traffic to the parks could be a bit of a hassle, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience we had. We quickly learned to plan ahead and leave early, ensuring we made the most of our time at the parks without feeling rushed. Overall, we would highly recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental in a safe and enjoyable community. We can't wait to come back!
