Bedroom 1 "Semnoz": Two single beds (90x200 cm) convertible to king-size, en-suite bathroom, toilet, garden view.

Bedroom 2 "Mont Veyrier": Master suite with king-size bed (200x200 cm), private balcony, luxury bathroom with lake-view bathtub, work space, walk-in closet, shower, and separate toilet.

Bedroom 3 "Bluffy": Two single beds (90x200 cm) convertible to king-size, en-suite bathroom, luxury dressing room, private balcony with lake view.

A staircase leads to a spacious living area under a magnificent beam structure featuring a lounge with wood-burning fireplace, dining/meeting table, and kitchen space offering spectacular views of the lake and Annecy.

Kitchen area includes microwave, dishwasher, sink, and refrigerator – not intended for full meal preparation.
