Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Conyers. Major roads and highways are easily accessed, so you can easily explore the area.
This home is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms are clean and finished to a high standard.
A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Please note– the spa is NOT heated and is at the same temperature as the pool.
Enjoy the BBQ grill and sip coffee in the sunlight on the wooden deck by the pool.
Guest access
The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
A keyless entry code will be sent before your arrival.
Other things to note
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
Please let me know if you need early check-in / late check-out.

This home is pet-friendly!
Pets are welcome for a 250$ non-refundable pet fee.

Feel secure! The property’s exterior is monitored with cameras

Please note that the pool and spa are not heated.

Parking:
Please park your cars on the driveway only.
If you are unable to park all of your cars in the driveway, please contact me for parking instructions.
Please do not park in front of neighbors' homes.

- Any events or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation with order to vacate the premises
-Police will be called immediately if a party is taking place at the home or there is any disruption to neighbors.
- Fireplace use is not allowed.
