## Logement
Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this attic duplex (so 27 m²) includes:
- one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a balcony for fresh air.

You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Filter Coffee Machine, Hair Dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Fridge, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- In a very quiet area.
- 10 minutes walk to the beach.
- Next to the Marché au Boucanet, towards the small shopping centre (open every Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
- 30 minutes from the center of Grau-du-Roi, nice via the beach and more, it is very difficult to park.
- 5 minutes drive to Toto piscine.
- A 6-minute drive from the Marché de la Place de la République, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- 11 minutes by car from the Maison de la Méditerranée (wine, olives, cakes, local products) and the Marché de la Grande-Motte (every Sunday).

For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Super U and Drive" is 14 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Seaquarium du Grau-du-Roi 8 minutes by car;
- the Aigues-Mortes at 10 minutes;
- Plage de l'Espiguette at 11 minutes;
- Château de Calvières 15 minutes away, and many more.

## Emplacement
Famous seaside resort, 1 hour from Montpellier, the Grau-du-Roi is located in the heart of the Camargue. Between magnificent landscapes and manades (traditional bull farms), you can enjoy a strong heritage and many activities. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the city offers the beautiful beach of l'Espiguette, the Seaquarium or the Grau-du-Roi Arena where you can discover the typical Camargue Race. In the city center, you will be able to walk around and, if you are lucky, observe the famous jousts, tournaments on boat between 2 teams.
