Our home exudes modern indoor/outdoor living. It is accommodating and modern, with gorgeous courtyard views from the front porch and throughout the home. Hotel style linens, new Slumber Solutions mattresses, blankets and pillows, a fully equipped chef's kitchen and a large dining room table for family style dinners.
We’ve put great care into creating a space where friends and families will have everything they would want with upgraded amenities: lightning-fast fiber wireless internet, comfortable workspaces, beach chairs and gear, bikes to ride the miles of protected bike lanes, a high-chair, toys and a pack n’ play for young children, while Target, Baron's Market, CVS and the areas best breweries and restaurants are just a few blocks away.

Experience the finest in California living with the brand new custom heated pool and wrap around deck (does not have jets). Our pool is perfect for kids to splash around and swim while parents unwind on the outdoor patio. And for adults looking to have their own fun, it can fit 6-7 adults comfortably, perfect for poolside drinks and refreshing dips or relaxing after a day of adventures. Our cowboy pool is 22 inches deep and 10 ft. in diameter - it has a cover. During the summer months, our pool is set to the mid-80s. This is to ensure the water remains refreshing during the warm weather and to maintain the safety of all guests and children.
Please Note: While we do offer a heated pool, there may be occasions when it doesn’t reach its full heating potential due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. We’ll do our best to ensure everything is working optimally for your stay!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire fully gated property to themselves. There is no shared space.

North Park, San Diego, is a laid-back, vibrant neighborhood perfect for families, couples, and groups of any age. Locals love walking the area, taking in its beautiful architecture, art, parks, and friendly vibe.
This home’s location is unbeatable—just steps from top restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Nearby favorites include Alexander’s, Cori Pastificio, Underbelly, Dunedin, Aburi Sushi, Modern Times Brewery, and The Smoking Goat.
Walk to local gems in 2 minutes, Bird Park in 5, and drive to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, or Downtown in under 10 minutes.
Getting Around:
The home features a private 1-car garage, a driveway parking spot, and plenty of free street parking. It's also located on new protected bike lanes that connect all the urban neighborhoods, making it easy to get around. Walking or biking is the best way to explore North Park, South Park, Normal Heights, University Heights, and Golden Hill. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available, and the airport is just a quick 10-minute drive away, making travel hassle-free.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy:
- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.
- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.
- Fee: $200; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets, depending on damages.
Rules: Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Damage: Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.
- The 4th bedroom with the vaulted gray ceilings is a detached separate unit just a couple steps from the main house. It has a king bed, pull out sleeper/couch, dining area, mini fridge, it's own mini split unit with A/C and heat and a private half bathroom - making it the ultimate private space.
- Only the guests on the booked reservation are allowed at the house. No additional guests and/or visitors are allowed at the house unless approved in advance.
- We've created a gorgeous and welcoming space for friends and family to relax and be together. Our home is not a party house. We ask guests to respect our home, our lovely neighborhood and our neighbors during their stay.
- We have a strict NO smoking policy on our property.
- Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and move conversations indoors after 9 PM to respect neighbors. If you plan to make excessive noise, this property may not be suitable for you.
- We have a policy in place that does not permit outdoor music or portable speakers. This policy helps us ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our neighbors and community.
- If the rules are not followed and there is a City of San Diego violation cited as a result of a guest making excessive noise, we have the right to fine the Guest. By booking, Guest acknowledges “good neighbor policy” and responsibility to pay fines levied by the City of San Diego if policy is broken.
