- Bedroom 4 'Talloires': 2 x single beds (90x200cm) or a large bed (180x200) with dressing room, bathroom with shower and toilet and private balcony with views of the mountains.

2nd floor:

Access via a magnificent spiral staircase leading to a very large living room with living room, dining or meeting table and with a spectacular view of the lake and the city of Annecy

- The house has 3 comfortable and spacious terraces:
A south-facing terrace with lounge, dining table and barbecue. A south-east facing terrace with a very large dining table and a green egg charcoal barbecue, a south-west terrace equipped with a lounge, deckchairs and a jacuzzi.
- A large living room with fans, television, decorative fireplace with access to the 3 terraces.
- A dining room giving access to the southwest side terrace.
- A beautiful equipped kitchen with an island and a dining area with access to the south-facing terrace.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and steamer.
- Scullery with large refrigerator, large freezer and refrigerated wine cellar.

10 minutes from the center of Annecy, 30 minutes from the ski resorts, you will find everything nearby to spend a superb vacation, organize a seminar or simply rest and relax.

In the village of Veyrier du lac: Bakery, small supermarkets, pharmacy, wine cellar, bank, tobacco/press, florist... but also a 2-star restaurant!

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we have established the following rules:
- Respect for property and neighbors:
We ask our guests to respect our property as well as neighbors by avoiding excessive noise and nuisance behavior and by not parking in their parking lots.
- No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events in our house. We want our guests to feel at home, but we also ask them to respect the tranquility of our neighborhood.
- No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Guests may smoke outside the house but must dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Animals :
We accept dogs if they are well behaved and do not climb on sofas and beds.
For information, the domain is not fenced.

Linens:
Beds will be made upon your arrival depending on the number of people booked.
The bathrooms will be equipped with bath mats, one bath towel, one towel and one pool towel per person.
3 tea towels in each kitchen.
Welcome products: Each room will be equipped with shower gel and shampoo, tissue box.
Toilets: Each toilet will be equipped with 2 rolls and a tissue box.
Kitchen: Dishwashing tablets, sponges, coffee and decaffeinated pods, paper towels, trash bags, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, aluminum foil, cooking foil and cling film.
Laundry room: Laundry
are included in the package, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

A concierge service will be present throughout your stay to meet all your needs and requests.
Change of sheets is available for an extra charge of €25 per bed.
Additional cleaning throughout your stay is available, arranged at least 48 hours in advance - €45 per hour or within 24 hours €55 per hour.
We welcome small events, wellness retreats, filming, brand launches, celebrations - we ask that you let us know if you are using the property for an event.
