Spectacular views from this four-story 4BR, 4BA oceanfront townhome! Two ensuite rooms, one on the third floor and fourth floor, allow for privacy and convenience. The first level consists of an open living and dining area, plus a well-equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. On the second level, you will find the oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom on this level with a king and single bed (facing the bayside). The top floor is a suite bedroom with a queen and twin mattress. Central air conditioning too! flat-screen TVs, 2 DVD players, a library of books & DVDs, board games, charcoal grill, outside shower, Wifi. Note: Fireplace is not available for guest use.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
