Waterfront Apartment 1

The apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 and offers a living room with sofabed, dining area and kitchen, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a common games room (used by all the guests together) with table football and an open fireplace. All guests can use the pedalo boat free of charge and we also have a washing machine (coin operated).

In the neighborhood you will find some very good restaurants, all with great terraces and overlooking the lake. To the center of Zell am See you come either by bus (leaving every hour) or by car. There is a nice promenade going around the lake and a bus stop nearby. Zell am See you reach either by bus, train or by car. The nearest airport is about 60 km away in Salzburg.

From 15.05. to 15.10. each year the famous Zell am See Kaprun Summercard is included.

schönes Apartment direkt am See
Die direkte Lage am See mit eigenem Parkplatz sowie der Check-in sowie die allgemeine Kommunikation mit Steinbock-Lodges war hervorragend. Sehr unkompliziert alles. Die Sommerkarte zahlt sich auch mehr als aus somit sind die relativ hohen Unterkunftskosten wieder etwas relativiert. Die Küche sowie das Inventar könnte etwas erneuert werden, ebenso wie eine gründliche Reinigung (Spinnweben über dem Bett). Handtuchwechsel im Sommer würde sich zweimal wöchentlich anbieten, ebenso wie die Mülltüten (Biomüll).

Toller Service und hervorragende Lage
Der Service durch den Vermieter und die Lage ist unübertroffen, daher kommen wir auch immer wieder in das Appartement. Da wir unseren Aufenthalt auf Grund eines Unfalls verlängern mussten wurde uns schnell und selbstlos geholfen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service in der schwierigen Situation! Leider wurde in den letzten Jahren immer nur das nötigste in das Haus und die Ausstattung investiert. Für uns ist unverständlich, dass man z.B. nicht einmal Geld in einheitliches Geschirr und ausreichend Besteck investiert. Die Möbel sind in den letzten 10 Jahren ebenfalls kaum erneuert worden.

Traumhafte Seelage
Gemütlich eingerichtete Fewo mit eigenem Seegrundstück und -Zugang. Die Sommerkarte ermöglicht kostenlos alle Bergbahnen und viele Eintritte in der Umgebung. Der Busanschluss ist nur zu drei Tageszeiten werktags befriedigend. In der Sommerkarte ist der Hund nicht inbegriffen.
