Disney Trip

There was a mix up with the reservation that the host unfortunately was not aware of until 2 days prior to my arrival. At that point there was not too much that could be done, and I did not want to let it ruin my trip so I made other accommodations for my 1st night, the host rectified the issue to the best of their ability, and even dropped off a little care package for my toddler; which they didn’t have to do. We arrived to the property one day later due to the mix up, easy check in(I’ve stayed at Regal Palms several times, and never have any issues with staff) and the house was as pictured. It was clean, scented hand soaps and lotions in each restroom, plenty of space, connected to the Wi-Fi easily, no issues just a fussy sink in the first floor bathroom. Overall the stay was great, I would book again.

Everything was perfect for what we needed. We were just disappointed that there was no closet in the downstairs bedroom available to use, so he didn’t even use that room.
