The Sunshine Cottage of Chagrin Falls: Monthly Rental +
Welcome! We have a cute and cozy updated, retro-inspired cottage located in the small community called DTJ Taborville nestled along side the Beartown Lakes Reservation, a Geauga County Park. The 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage has a one car attached garage, lovely patio and a large yard. Our property is a small walk to the community playground, fishing/swimming ponds, and pavilion. We’d love to host you in this adorable, quiet community. We host guests for a variety of reasons; when remodeling their homes, moving from one home to another, for yoga or writing retreats, for out-of-town work, vacation, and so much more. We saw this house in the Spring of 2021 and fell in love while updating and remodeling it. We are constantly refreshing and renewing the space to make it fit all our guests needs. You will love the welcoming and relaxing vibe inside and out of our Sunshine Cottage nestled in DTJ Taborville's small community.
What makes this property unique
Quiet area but centrally located in a great area of Northeastern Ohio. The large roads are nearby and Aurora is 10 minutes with everything you could need including restaurants, shopping and more. Chagrin Falls offers a great many shops, coffee and food restaurants and, of course, THE FALLS! We are longtime northeastern Ohio residents and can help you with any and all of your questions and requests.
