This is where the fun begins! This chalet is located in the Hideout community, within walking distance to restaurants. Our amenities include a hot tub for five people, outdoor sauna for four, firepit with adirondack chairs, grill, lower level game room ping pong, arcade, many board games and corn hole in the backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pan, coffee maker with coffee and tea included, toaster, air fryer, and the basic condiments. The home offers two gas fireplaces, living room projector, flat screens in every room and master bath with jacuzzi tub. Located in the Hideout, one of the Pocono's premier 4 season communities with amenities including two outdoor heated pools, beach, tennis and basketball courts, ski hill, club house and gym all year round. Great space. Great for friends.

Stayed for a girls skiing trip. Place was perfect size with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on all 3 levels. Game room in basement was a perfect gathering area along with the space in the living room/kitchen area on the 2nd level. Hot tub was good. Neighborhood and entrance area very secure. There is an entry level ski lift in the Hideout which is a nice bonus. Quiet location. Host was very accommodating and always available when needed. Would have liked to see some more usable spices including salt and pepper.

Great house for family gatherings

The house is very comfortable, with different gathering areas to talk, play games, read and just relax. The sauna and hot tub were great as were the amenities at the club house. We played pickle ball and worked out in the gym.

Nice short stay

4 adults and 3 kids. Everything was nice and easy. Loved using the sauna and hot tub. Kids had a blast with all the games in the basement.

Cozy stay

We had a cozy and fun stay with our family. The property is comfortable, has fun amenities and it is also conveniently located. We went to a park nearby that had nice trails. Our family likes to enjoy a good meal together, therefore we would have liked to have a larger dining table, in relation to the number of guests that the property holds (the table fits 6 people). However, we were able to make it work and had a good time! Communication with the manager was great, she promptly responds to questions and she is very helpful.

Name fits perfect

Host was great to deal with and communication was quick. Very relaxing community. Has everything included which is a great plus saving trips to get necessities. House aas very clean and relaxing. Felt like you were actually at home instead of strange place. While cooking on grill outdoors, mother deer and her 2 babies came walking up to me about 10 feet away and just stayed there eating. Wish there was some kind of saw to cut wood for outdoor firepit but thats only minor. Will bring something to split wood next trip we make to here. Would definitely reccomend this place and plan on coming back in the future.

Wonderful getaway in the Poconos

Wonderful cabin in the woods with lots of amenities. The listing was exactly what was delivered and we all enjoyed ourselves. Our host, was available immediately for the very few questions we had. The basement was awesome - every kind of game along with ping pong, Pac Man (our fav) and air hockey. Hot tub was also enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Property is just as described, owner responsive and available! Beautiful home with everything you need for a relaxing time . While the weather didn’t cooperate we had plenty of activities to keep a busy 9 year in our family entertained! Owner thought of everything you possibly need to feel like home !! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children.

The property was attractive, comfortable,and well equipped except for these items: there was no corkscrew, hand towels or adequate bar soap. We purchased 2 hand towels and bar soap which we left in the house. We also needed to purchase additional garbage bags. There was plenty to do at the” hideout” area for adults and children. It would have been very helpful to have instructions on how to close up the house at the end of our stay.

It was a very layed back place to stay. The pace of every day, was nice and slow. Only there 5 days, but felt much longer. Everthing was there to get us started for the week. I would recommend to everyone.

A Week in the Poconos

It was nice gated community with access to a beach and a pool. Plenty of stuff for the grand kids to enjoy. The house was very nice. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful property

Property was clean and beautiful. The owner got right back to us when we asked questions. Only down side, no garbage pick up. You have to take trash to the trash compactor about 2 miles up the road.

Perfect Getaway

This property was great for a long getaway. Very clean inside (and outside), and enough space to not be on top of each other. Daniela was very responsive to all our questions, maybe the fastest and most detailed of any properties I have rented through VRBO. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for peace, and quiet, in the Poconos.

New Years Weekend Getaway

The 11 of us had a great time during our stay at this home! The listing was accurate and we had no problems with anything on the property! When entering the community at the gate house we were told we needed to have our vehicle registration as well as our ID's. However, we did not know the registration was necessary beforehand. We ended up getting in, but needed to linkup to the wifi to download some registrations as they were not on hand. I'd also like to note that the trash center, unbeknownst to us, was closednfor new years day, but due to the inconvenience the host was kind enough to allow us to leave the trash on the property. Communication was great and timely. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my husband have bought a weekend home in the community 7 years ago, we loved it so much that now we are leaving here most of the time. We love having friends over and entertaining so we have decided two years ago to buy another home for short term rental. We are enjoying renting our home and making sure our guests enjoy it also.

The house is a chalet style, we love the open floor plan, the brightness, and location. It is located in a wooded lot that has a circular driveway, also very close to the gate, within walking distance to restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Bright, great air flow, two living rooms, two gas fireplaces. The house has a great layout, one bedroom downstairs, two on the first floor, and master bedroom and bath with jacuzzy on the second floor. Guests love that the bedrooms are spread out throughout the house which provides more privacy.
