SNOWBIRDS INQUIRE FOR DISCOUNTS ON MONTHLY RENTALS for the 2023-2024 SEASON.

Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachside cottage just steps to the beach and canal with boat slips. Built in 2020 and beautifully decorated with clean and comfortable furnishings!

Walk to the beach or your boat with ease! The city boat slips are located just across from the driveway and are available for rent during your stay. Just a short 5 minute walk (with no roads to cross) to the white sand beaches of Mexico Beach.

Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Mexico Beach! All linens and kitchen necessities provided. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles available.
*Please Note: there are only starter supplies available such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and bathroom toiletries to last a couple of days!

Anglers and beach combers come on! This one is for you! Stay in comfort and proximity to everything you need for a relaxing getaway! Great for long walks and shell finding! Do not miss the sunsets here!

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are spacious and each include a memory foam King Bed, TV and private bathroom. The sofa in living room pulls out to a comfortable bed.

Cook's kitchen with top of the line appliances and everything you need to fix up your fresh catch! Sit at the barstools or dining table with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy.

Private and fenced in back covered porch with outdoor shower, outdoor dining table, and natural gas grill.

Smart TVs and High Speed Internet Available. Please note: our smart tvs are equipped with many streaming apps for guests to log into and use during their stay. However, we cannot guarantee that all apps are available. If you would like to request any streaming apps please let us know prior to your stay!


There is plenty to do around Mexico Beach, but you can also enjoy the quaint feel of the Forgotten Coast. Enjoy the nearby restaurants and shops across the street or just a short drive to Port St. Joe.

Loved the beach.

We enjoyed the unit it was clean and the host also had a cart to use to tote our stuff to the beach which wasn’t a long walk but when your taking stuff for a 2 year old it definitely helped us! The unit was great with two bathrooms and king size beds and the washer/dryer was great also.

Extended weekend getaway

The house was immaculate…easy to find and get to..it was in a quiet neighborhood even though it was near the highway and construction was going on across the street. We have no complaints about anything. Amanda, our host, was always prompt in responding to emails and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

1st experience at Mexico Beach Florida

Overall the stay was very good. The location was very good, easy to find, easy walk to beach and close to the few restaurants and stores on the beach. The only issues were having only one tiny bar of soap in each bathroom and the grill was not clean.

Perfect Getaway

This property looks brand new and is extremely neat and clean. Well stocked kitchen to cook meals (there is a wonderful local seafood market across the street!) Very close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Review of stay

The washer and dryer did not work properly. The clothes were still very wet when the washer was finished. Even ran it thru a second spin and still very wet. Dryer could only handle about 10 Pieces of laundry at a time and run it thru 2 cycles in the dryer. Otherwise it was a perfect stay

Ultra clean and comfortably furnished rental. Had everything you need for a beach vacation. Area is very laid back; No fast food restaurants (yeah). Sugar sand beaches are GORGEOUS 😍! Visit the Shell Shack to buy some fresh seafood. You won’t regret it.

Great Mexico Beach Location

Property was perfect for 5 of us (4 adults and one 6 year old). Comfortable beds (2 Kings and a sofa fold out) and clean, functional living and kitchen areas. It was approximately a one block walk to the beach (5 minutes to the water). Good value for the quality and location of this duplex. Only complaint would be that we only had a "starter" supply of toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.). For a 5 day stay we had to restock. Otherwise it was a great stay and I highly recommend this location.

Perfect accommodation

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was well laid out, efficient, attractive, quiet, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it has a private outdoor space. It is conveniently located close to the beach and marina. We especially enjoyed the fact that the check-in and departure instructions were so simple, which is not always the case with large management companies. The owners were responsive and pleasant in our communications. It really has everything we needed and is plenty spacious. A few hooks here and there would be useful but that’s not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay!

Mexico Beach Gem

My husband and I stayed at the property for the month of March 2022. Can't say enough about the place. Nice private backyard and quiet neighborhood. The unit was well stocked for our one month stay and extremely clean. The owner Amanda was just so easy to deal with and very kind. Just a few minutes walk to the beach down the road, or walk around the marina and you have another beach to walk on for miles. Walking distance are a few little stores, including Shell Shack where you can purchase the best fresh seafood and very reasonably priced. A little bit up the highway is Port St. Joe with more great little stores and restaurants. A must is Joe Mama's and View on 98. Then you head further to Apalachicola where there are more great restaurants and stores to visit. We will be back for sure.

Great location!

We stayed here for our grandfather’s funeral, but the convenience to the beach was so amazing. We were able to walk back and forth each morning/night and got some beach time that we didn’t necessarily expect! The house was very clean and Amanda was communicative and check in was super easy. The house had everything you could need, and we were so grateful for the last minute booking! Would definitely stay again!
