Your home away from home! Close to Purdue campus. Roomy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. In a lovely neighborhood. Newly remodeled downstairs and Updates upstairs.
This is a great place to gather as you come to visit West Lafayette or Purdue Campus only 0.7 miles away. Our Guests have access to the Entire house, The garage, driveway, deck, front and back yard. All 3 bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom with a queen bed. 2nd room sleeps 3, a single and bunkbed. 3rd bedroom sleeps 6. with bunkbeds single on top fulls on bottom. Extra sleeper sofa in front room. Dining room seats 8. Kitchen Island seats 4. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and new appliances. If you choose to cook we have essential staples, including , seasonings, oil etc. family room for gathering with 65" Roku SmartTV.. Use the SmartTV functions or Apple Airplay to watch all your favorite shows and movies. Foosball table, games, puzzles, DVD player provided for your use. There is also a ping pong table available for your use in the garage ( easy set up). Onsite washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Spacious deck out back is a great place to eat breakfast, lunch or hold a BBQ on the propane grill, or just enjoy the weather. Lots of natural light make this a bright happy home to be in.

Wedding Weekend

Our daughter and her husband’s wedding party stayed two nights at The Gathering Place for wedding weekend! They were greeted with fresh bread and a beautiful place to stay! There was plenty of space for everyone, and they wanted for nothing. Our hostess, Jodi, was a fabulous communicator and was kind enough to allow our party to check in early the day of the rehearsal. This was our first experience with Vrbo, and after such a great experience it won’t be our last!

Wedding weekend stay review

Jodi was great from the very beginning with consistent and clear communication. Everything leading up to our stay was very welcoming and walking into the house to find some cinnamon bread and a sweet note for us was really sweet and considerate since we were celebrating our wedding weekend with close family and friends! I would certainly recommend this spot for large groups. The host was very easy going and flexible, within means, especially compared to many others I’ve encountered. The experience made our special weekend go off without a hitch and I’m very grateful for that!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at Jodi’s property for a weekend birthday celebration for my brother, and it was wonderful! The house and backyard areas were perfect for our party of 10 to relax and hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The house was super well kept, clean, and Jodi made it extremely easy to prepare everything for check out and make it as smooth as possible. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend both the property and Jodi! 😊

Golf trip with friends

Perfect for Purdue Graduation

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Purdue. It was clean and in a great location. Communication was great and check in and out were easy! We also loved the cinnamon bread left for us :-) We would rent the house again!

Comfortable, spacious place for family gathering!

This place was awesome! Lots of sleeping spots, excellent space for playing board and electronic games and spacious backyard with many glimpses birds and small mammals (squirrels, and bunnies). We also loved that it was close to Purdue, Celery Bog Nature Area and Happy Hollow trail!

2nd year in a row- another perfect stay

This is the 2nd year in a row a group of us have come to town for a reunion and to catch a Purdue men’s basketball game. Jodi’s place was the perfect size for our group of 10- very comfortable and full of amenities. Very close to campus and West Lafayette amenities too. Jodi is super responsive and helpful too. We hope to be back next year!

Annual alumni football get together

Each year a group of Purdue firends gets together for a football game. This place worked out great for the 8 of us. Plenty of room and places to congregate and visit pre and post game. The back deck was perfect. We will return!

Great game day accommodations

We stayed hereon our trip to see Penn State play Purdue in there football opener. The house was clean, well supplied with the essentials and it was even blue and white. What more could I ask for. Oh yea, a win.

Great location for what we were in town for (Golf).

Everything was great. The only thing needed was instructions as to which remote to use and how to access the local channels. We needed more than the national news channels.

House was in great care & clean, back porch was a great spot to eat out secluded, quiet-- backyard fun for a campfire and lawn games. Inside was well stocked with some fun board games and a nice TV. Our family really enjoyed playing foosball every chance they got - and surprisingly we didn't do ping pong (my husbands fav) but it was available for use in the garage. We appreciated our stay and had a great time-- a nice getaway for a family gathering. Upstairs were three rooms and bunk beds for kiddos. Mattresses were comfy, although the bedframes were a little noisy for sound sensitive folks, or wiggly sleepers. Upstairs has a harder time cooling off in some of the rooms, but box fans provided in the closet helped as well as keeping a door propped. I believe the main bedroom cooled the best. Thermostat was easy to use, all appliances were in working order and house was in great condition on arrival. We especially enjoyed our stay and the waterparks in & around town for our kids. Thanks for a great stay!
