Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront Retreat! VIEWS!

The space
Relax on this Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront, including 30 feet of dock space, and Private Hubbard Beach Access (short walk from the home). Enjoy a peaceful Kayak/Paddle Board (water waiver required) to nearby Stonedam Island with hiking trails. Great lakefront location on the beautiful water of Winnipesaukee!

Bonus is we are only 3 miles from downtown Meredith. Visit all the shops and restaurants Meredith has to offer, then come home to swim or boat on the Big Lake!

Note: Boat docks are typically out of the water mid-October.

Guest access
You can access Winnipesaukee from the property. We are lakefront. Please launch boat in either Meredith, or Giodhues marina nearby. Dock available for use while staying.

Note: Boat dock is available by Memorial Day Weekend and OUT by the second weekend of October. Dock is 30 feet long but please use caution when docking your boat, there are rocks and shallow areas to be aware of. Safe docking instructions will be provided.

• Must climb stairs for upstairs and downstairs bedrooms

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!

Please remember to bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit the beach, as we only supply bath towels.

Location!

Great location & the house was super spacious & cozy. Kitchen well stocked, comfy beds & bathrooms. Check in was easy-peasy w/ solid communication start to finish. Will be back in summer to enjoy lake & all the amenities they offer. Book it!

Almost perfect

The place was fantastic but checkin at 5 means no sooner than that! Checkout at 10 am is pretty early and if you want an hour longer it will cost you $50!

Great property!

We had a wonderful vacation! House was in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We loved the views and relaxing/eating on the deck. We also enjoyed the ducks that visited us daily. The house is very close to shops and restaurants too. The maps they provided were great for us to find spots to fish and to easily navigate our boat.
