We enjoyed our trip for a Christmas getaway! The cabin was spacious and perfect for our family with babies. So convenient to activities with such a great view on the porches! Loved it and would stay in the same cabin again!
Everything about the cabin was beautiful even the views from the balconies. The cabin was very very clean and it was so peaceful and quiet up there. Our next trip back to Pigeon Forge we will rent again from Fireside Chalets and recommend this company to other friends and family members. Everything was wonderful thank you Fireside Chalets
Loved the location. Had a great view of surrounding hillside and valley. Mattresses were a little too soft for our liking so some of us opted for sleeping on the couch or chairs that lay back. Very clean accept inside the rim of the toilets had a lot of black grime built up. We could not connect to wifi - we called and reported it but it never came on. TV in the basement did not work. Hot tub had way too much chlorine and so we couldn't stay in very long. No keurig. Coffee maker wouldn't turn on but found a second one underneath the cabinet.
Our stay was wonderful . Exactly what we were looking for . The views of the mountains are spectacular as advertised . We look forward to a return visit soon .
Great cabin in a great location! A special bonus that was a complete surprise for us is that this cabin has a great view of the New Years Eve Fireworks at Dollywood and The Island, we didn’t have to fight any traffic! Check-in was easy, comms with the owners was great. The only negative I would say is that the linens appeared to be very old and should probably be replaced as some were stained. Also, the WiFi is not great, but it’s not great anywhere in the town. Even with both of those, I would stay again.
The property has a gorgeous view of the mountains and Pigeon Forge. Our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had a good selection of cookware, flatware and dishes. The wood woods are beautiful. Thanks to the owners that had a Christmas tree and decorations for us to enjoy. They were lovely. The cleaning staff should be reminded to scoot the chairs around during cleanup. We found several pieces of old candy and crayons under them.
The only complaint is the upstairs bathtub. When we turned on the jets a lot of black debris came out. We bathed the 2 children in there and turned on the jets at the end. It was shocking what came out.
We had a great time and the convenience to town was a big help.

Pretty property, shame it was dirty.
The cabin itself is pretty however it was not clean! First off, I don’t think the ad properly shows that this is 3 floors, with one of the king bedrooms on the third floor which is open like a loft so there is no privacy. Not ideal for parents with babies or couples that want to have private moments. Now to the mess. There were used plates and cups left on the back deck. The tile shower upstairs has mold and mildew in all the grout lines. The pillows and sheets were stained and very obviously not washed between each guest. The blankets, duvets, bedspreads, and quilts were also stained and didn’t feel clean. The linens need to be completely updated. Also the fridges weren’t wiped out, the dishwasher was nasty, we found a syringe (like for medicine no needle) stuck in one of the couches, sticky counters, and while the hot tub appeared clean after getting in we were surrounding by thick white gooey chucks that had us all jumping out to run shower (I own a hot tub myself at home and this is NOT normal). The shower curtain downstairs had stains which resembled blood on them. The outside stairs were so sticky you couldn’t walk on them and multiple lights didn’t work including the outdoor ones to see how to get in at night and the basement kitchen. So unfortunately while the location is great and the cabin seems pretty, the cleanliness ruined the stay for all 7 of us.
Comfortable and clean cabin. Enjoyed our stay. The pool listed for the property is about 20 minutes away which was not clearly stated in the listing. Easy access to all local attractions.
Angel’s View enhanced our family’s way too short time together. We really enjoyed grilling on the spacious deck, as well as the marvelous mountain views.
The views and accommodations were great! Parking can be tight with more than 3 vehicles so be aware. This place is very convenient to Pigeon Forge! There’s plenty of space and room for 10 adults as long as some bunk together. We will definitely recommend and use again!
We loved our stay at this property. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and had beautiful views. The property was clean and cozy, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
Some minor downfalls were that the deck furniture was not the most comfortable to sit in and relax and the downstairs deck has no furniture at all. We also wish that the bushes and trees were cleared out a little more to have an unobstructed view of the mountains. (Still was beautiful!) The biggest surprise was the parking, which the photos do not really show how little parking space there was. Thankfully there was not a lot of traffic on the road, so our cars did not get hit/damaged.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
It held all 10 adults comfortably. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The outside furniture was pretty rough but the view was gorgeous. Especially at night watching the nightly fireworks.
Check-in was quick and easy and the house was simply amazing and bigger then photos show
