The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, and refrigerator, making it easy for you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Kitchen utensils are also provided for your convenience.

The first bedroom includes a double bed (140x200) with hotel-quality linens and a dresser for your belongings. The second bedroom offers a single bed and a child’s bed.

Fans are available in each room for your comfort.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and washing machine. The toilet is separate.

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

Rest in one of the many parks in the area such as Parc Monceau and its statues or take a walk through the flower city, a magnificent site served by a private road that gives the impression of walking in a village Heart of the capital.

Take a walk through the poncelet market, where you will find everything you need to eat, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables of very good quality. Continue your shopping walk through the market of Batignolles, a covered market famous for its organic products.

To eat, take a walk by the street Truffaut! Le refuge, O Batignolles, Aux couleurs du monde are very good signs!

The closest public transport:

The apartment is located in a quiet street less than 10 minutes from three metro stations, Wagram, Malesherbes and Villiers.

Two buses will take you in less than 15 minutes to Etoile-Champs Elysées (Number 31) and to Opéra-Galeries Lafayette (Number 53) (25 minutes on foot).

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
