On the beach section there is a heated sea water outdoor pool as well as toilets and showers. In the house there is an elevator, a service room for a washing machine and a tumble dryer (for a fee). Wie immer angenehm, abgesehen von dem Sturm am Abend und der Evakuierung der Jugendlichen vom Beach Handballtunier, die bis nach Mitternacht an unserer Unterkunft lautstark gependelt sind zur Jugendherberge.

Wunderschönes Wochenende
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Cuxhaven! Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Die Wohnung war top, sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Lage! Uns waren nur die Matratzen in den Betten viel zu weich! Andere mögen dies vielleicht sehr gerne!

Auf kleinstem Raum alles was man braucht.
Das Schlafsofa ist einfach zu handhaben und sehr bequem. Der Wohnraum wirkt hell und offen durch die bodenhohe Fensterfront zum Balkon. Die Küchenzeile ist natürlich entsprechend klein, nicht für große Menzs geeignet, aber ausreichend…spülen über Boiler ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wassertemperatur in der Dusche leider etwas unkonstant. Insgesamt aber eine schöne kleine Wohnung, in der wir uns Wohlgefühl haben und die wir wieder buchen würden.

Die Wohnung entspricht den veröffentlichten Bildern. Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war nett und reibungslos. Es befindet sich ein Campingplatz mit Kinderspielplatz und Ferienanlage in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dies ist auf dem Balkon (zumindest bei gutem Wetter tagsüber bis abends) deutlich zu hören. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind weich und für lange Menschen nur schwer geeignet. Die Nähe zum Strand und Ortskern ist sehr gut.

Stipvisite in Corona-Zeiten
Waren 5 Tage in Coronazeiten Mitte Juni in der Ferienwohnung. Waren rundum zufrieden: Lage optimal, weil 100m vom Strand entfernt direkt hinterm Deich. Die Wohnung war sauber, verfügte über einen schönen Balkon (1. Etage), reservierter Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. Die Vermittlung über Agentur verlief problemlos, Einziges kleines Manko war die Heißwasserbereitung über Durchlauferhitzer, d.h. Warmwasser in der Kochzeile dauerte und Duschen ließ sich nicht optimal regeln. Aber sonst alles ok und weiter zu empfehlen für 2 Personen.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber. Der Ortskern ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Da das Appartment zur Hinterseite gelegen ist, hat man auch keinen Straßenlärm. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in allen Zügen genossen. Ute und Viola

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Betten (wenn auch einzelne ) waren bequem. Ich würde mir ein Rollo im Schlafzimmer wünschen da wir gerne dunkel schlafen. Gute Lage...dicht am Strand. Und toll wäre auch ein größerer Tisch auf dem Balkon damit man draußen auch gut Frühstücken kann .

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in Cuxhaven. Angefangen mit der unkomplizierten Buchung und dem guten Kontakt mit Frau Moebius, dem persöhnlichen Empfang bei der Anreise bis hin zur sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Selbst die Betten waren im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Unterkünften super bequem. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Herzlichen Dank

Schöne gepflegte und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Sehr angenehm das man von der Tiefgarage aus mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung kommt. Schlafzimmer etwas klein, aber ok. Gerne wieder. Eigentümer sehr sympathisch und freundlich.

Schlafzimmer hie sind die Betten über Eck, im Portal steht nach der Buchung Wäsche wird gestellt, tatsächlich muss dafür bezahlt werden. Bei kürzer Buchung geht es ins Geld. Balkon für Gehbehinderte durch grosse Stufe nicht gut geeignet. Brötchen gibt es auf dem Campingplatz direkt neben dem Haus.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für zwei Personen gut. Die Mischbatterie in der Dusche könnte gern getauscht werden, wir haben uns entweder verbrannt oder unterkühlt. Ansonsten wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen, auch der Stellplatz war gut und die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zum Strand. Toller großer Balkon ist auch dabei.

Leider ein sehr kleines Schlafzimmer (Betten stehen im Winkel zueinander), Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne ist nicht so gut, Nähe zum Strand ist toll und keine weite Entfernung in Ortsmitte von Duhnen, Stellplatz f. PKW (Tiefgarage) ist vorhanden
