I renovated this property to restore a part of American history. It is located on the oldest functioning property in Old Town, which dates back to 1750. The first owner of the property was Lawrence Washington, George Washington's half brother. Truly, you will be walking in the unique footsteps of revolutionary-era American heroes, who fought for the creation of our great Nation.
Why they chose this property
You simply cannot find a property that is closer to the heart of Old Town. That terms is often used to describe many places in Old Town, but none is more centrally positioned just 80 steps from the intersection of King and Lee Street, which is truly the center of Old Town.
What makes this property unique
It is the oldest functioning house in one of the oldest areas of our Nation, owned by George Washington's family. Now that is unique.
